Claims (11)
- 양극 활물질 입자; 및
고체 전해질 입자;를 포함하고,
상기 고체 전해질은 아지로다이트형 결정 구조의 리튬황화물이며,
X선 회절 스펙트럼 분석에서 (101) 피크의 반가폭에 대한 (003) 피크의 반가폭의 비는 1.3 내지 1.6 범위인 것이며,
상기 양극 활물질 입자는 평균 입경(D50)이 9㎛ 내지 12㎛ 범위인 대입경 양극 활물질 입자 및 평균 입경(D50)이 2.5㎛ 내지 5㎛ 범위인 소입경 양극 활물질 입자를 혼합한 것이고,
상기 고체 전해질 입자는 평균 입경(D50)이 0.2㎛ 내지 1.5㎛ 범위인 것인,

상기 양극 활물질 입자는 표면에 고체 전해질이 피복되어 형성되는 쉘층이 위치하는 것인,

상기 쉘층은 탄소 나노 섬유를 더 포함하는 것인,
전고체전지용 양극 활물질.

상기 양극 활물질 입자와 상기 쉘층 사이에는 리튬전이금속 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것인,

- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 리튬전이금속 코팅층은 1종 이상의 지르코늄, 니오븀, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 리튬 산화물을 포함하는 것인,
