Claims (7)
- - 고정된 내부 부분(110)과 회전 가능한 외부 부분(120)을 갖는 하우징(100),
- 상기 하우징(100)의 고정된 내부 부분(110)에 의해 지지되는 고정자(101),
- 상기 하우징(100)의 상기 회전 가능한 외부 부분(120)에 부착되는 회전자(102)를 포함하고, 상기 회전자는 상기 고정자(101) 주위에서 자유롭게 회전하도록 배치되며,
- 상기 회전 가능한 외부 부분(120)은 냉각 매체를 수용하도록 구성되는 적어도 하나의 유입구(104A, 104B), 및 상기 냉각 매체를 배기하도록 구성되는 적어도 하나의 배출구(105A, 105B)를 가지고,
- 상기 고정자(101) 및 상기 회전자(102)는 각각의 에폭시 층(107A, 107B)에 개별적으로 각각 성형되며,
- 채널(106)은 상기 하우징(100)의 축 방향으로 상기 냉각 매체를 안내하고 상기 적어도 하나의 유입구(104A, 104B) 및 상기 적어도 하나의 배출구(105A, 105B)와 유체 연통하도록 상기 성형된 회전자와 상기 성형된 고정자 사이에 배치되어, 전기 모터의 고유 냉각 시스템을 형성하고,
- 상기 적어도 하나의 배출구(105A, 105B)는 상기 하우징(100)의 회전 가능한 외부 부분(120)에 위치하며, 상기 회전자(102)의 회전 동안 생성되는 원심력에 의해 상기 채널(106)로부터 상기 냉각 매체를 배기하도록 구성되고, 상기 적어도 하나의 배출구(105A, 105B)는 상기 하우징(100)의 회전 가능한 외부 부분(120)과 회전자(102) 모두를 통과하는 개구인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 모터. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고유 냉각 시스템은 상기 하우징의 고정된 내부 부분의 중앙을 통해 축 방향으로 연장되고 냉각 매체가 통과하도록 배치되는 추가 채널(108)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배출구(105A, 105B) 중 일부는 상기 하우징의 상기 회전 가능한 외부 부분의 원주 주위에 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 상기 회전 가능한 외부 부분은 적어도 부분적으로 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 배출구(105A, 105B)는 원형 개구, 슬릿, 별 모양, 정사각형, 시추공 및 원추형 개구 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 모터.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전기 모터는 침수 상태에서 작동하도록 배치되고, 상기 냉각 매체는 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 모터.
