사료 조성물을 산란메추리에게 급여하여 메추리알을 생산하는 단계;를 포함하고,

상기 오메가-3 강화용 첨가제는,
아마씨, 치아씨 및 해바라기씨를 140-160℃의 온도에서 8-12분 동안 가열하여 전처리하는 단계; 전처리한 아마씨, 치아씨 및 해바라기씨를 5:3:2의 중량비율로 혼합하여 씨혼합물을 제조하고, 48-52℃의 온도에서 열풍건조한 후 분쇄하는 단계; 분쇄한 씨혼합물을 착유기에 넣고 80-100℃의 온도로 착유한 후 여과하여 여과유를 얻는 단계; 및 상기 여과유를 6-8일 동안 방치한 후 상층유를 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는 복합유를 제조하는 단계;
