Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따라 제조된, Oct-1 단백질 태그가 융합된 융합 단백질 발현을 위한 재조합 플라스미드의 모식도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에서 제조된 융합 단백질의 수용성 발현을 확인한 SDS-PAGE 결과이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따라 제조된 재조합 플라스미드로부터 발현된 단백질의 열안정성 증대를 확인한 SDS-PAGE 결과이다.
도 5는 Oct-1을 포함하는 융합 단백질 발현에 Oct-1의 DNA 부착 서열의 필요성을 조사한 실험 결과이다
도 6은 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따라 제조된 재조합 플라스미드를 생물전환에 이용하고 최종 산물의 생산량을 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피 (HPLC) 분석한 결과이다.
