Description
The present invention relates to a nozzle device and a method for removing rainwater contaminants and odor using the same.
Typically, rainwater gutters are installed at approximately 10 to 30 m intervals along the roadside. Rainwater drains are equipped with pipes that connect to nearby sewer pipes or rivers. For maintenance purposes, it is desirable for the internal angle of the longitudinal cross-sectional arrangement to be 120 degrees or more, and an inspection hole larger than the diameter of the connector pipe should be installed at bends, etc. where the extension of the horizontal arrangement of the connector is more than 20 m. The connection pipe is formed to slope downward from the rainwater drain to the sewer pipe to allow for natural drainage.
A rainwater gutter is a facility that is used only when it rains and is rarely used in normal times. In addition, during rainy seasons such as the rainy season, soil, leaves, or household waste accumulated on the side of the road or in alleys may flow in all at once with rainwater, clogging the connecting pipe, or the vomit flowing in with the rainwater may accumulate in the connecting pipe little by little, clogging the connecting pipe. there is.
The vomit that flows in with rainwater is mixed in a variety of ways, from large particles to fine particles, so small particles are filled between large particles, and as they are slowly dried in the cool underground, they can harden very hard. .
If the pipe connecting the rainwater drain and the sewer pipe becomes clogged, rainwater cannot drain smoothly, which may cause flooding damage to the surrounding area. Therefore, rainwater drains and connecting pipes must be inspected and cleaned periodically, and maintenance is required to prevent the connecting pipes from being blocked by contaminants such as vomit.
However, the conventional method of maintaining the rainwater gutter connector uses only high-pressure water without a detergent to clean the connector, and there is no separate procedure to remove odor. Instead, the high-pressure water hose is directly connected to the sprinkler device of the high-pressure suction dredger, thereby providing high-pressure water. Only water for water spray was supplied, and high-pressure water was sprayed using front and rear spray nozzles with a diameter of about 10 to 20 mm to remove contaminants. The connection pipe was cleaned by reciprocating the nozzle inside the connection pipe, and the nozzle was cleaned. There was a problem where position control was difficult.
In contrast, the present invention connects a negative pressure ejector capable of injecting a cleaning agent and an EM (Effective Microorganisms) agent to the hose of a dredge, and a nozzle device consisting of a dual nozzle connected to the negative pressure ejector and provided with a support is used to connect the inside of the connector. We would like to propose a mechanism that can effectively remove contaminants and odors from the connecting pipe while reciprocating.
