Abstract
본 발명은 요가매트는 매트형의 기재부; 지면과 접촉되는 상기 기재부의 하부면에 위치하며, 전도성물질을 포함하는 제1 전도성부; 및 상기 기재부의 상부면에 위치하여 상기 제1전도성부와 전기적으로 연결되며, 전도성물질을 포함하는 제2 전도성부; 를 포함한다.

지면과 접촉되는 상기 기재부의 하부면에 위치하며, 전도성물질을 포함하는 제1 전도성부; 및
상기 기재부의 상부면에 위치하여 상기 제1전도성부와 전기적으로 연결되며, 전도성물질을 포함하는 제2 전도성부;를 포함하고,
상기 제2 전도성부는 상기 기재부의 상부면에 상호 이격되어 배열되며 전도성물질을 포함하는 다수개의 제2전도체와, 상기 제2전도체와 인접하게 배열되며 대전물질을 포함하는 다수개의 대전체를 구비하는 전기자극용 요가매트; 및
의복을 이루는 섬유부, 및 상기 섬유부에 위치하며 대상자의 신체와 접촉되는 제1전극과 상기 제1전극과 전기적으로 연결되며 사용자의 신체와 접촉하지 않도록 상기 섬유부에 배치되는 제2전극을 포함하는 전기자극부를 포함하는 의복;
