Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a precast concrete panel that is resistant to fire and can be assembled.
In general, interior and exterior finishes of buildings such as distribution centers are mostly made of lightweight panels such as sandwich panels.
However, the lightweight panel as described above has a problem in that enormous human life and property damage occurs in the event of a fire because it is vulnerable to fire resistance.
In addition, the lightweight panel described above is supported by a separate steel structure due to its weak rigidity. When applied to a structure having a floor height of about 10 m, the size of the steel structure increases as the strength decreases due to buckling of the steel structure. , there was a problem that the construction cost increased due to this.
In addition, the above lightweight panel requires the installation of a steel structure supporting the outer surface of the lightweight panel and a supporting hardware supporting the lower end of the lightweight panel first, and then separately installed on the outer surface of the steel structure and the supporting hardware, so that the construction process is slow. It is complicated, and there is a problem in that the construction period increases.
In addition, when the lightweight panel is aged, re-painting is impossible and must be replaced, thereby increasing maintenance costs.
