Claims (20)
- 원자력 환경들(nuclear environments)을 위한 케이블로서,
하나 이상의 도체들;
상기 하나 이상의 도체를 감싸는 종방향으로 적용된 코루게이팅된 쉴드(longitudinally applied corrugated shield); 및
상기 종방향으로 적용된 코루게이팅된 쉴드를 감싸는 가교 폴리올레핀 재킷 층(cross-linked polyolefin jacket layer)을 포함하고,
상기 케이블은 사용시 5,000 볼트 내지 68,000 볼트를 전도하고, 내방사선성 및 내열성이며, IEEE 323에 따라 측정될 때 40년 이상의 수명을 가지는, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 케이블은 사용시 15,000볼트를 전도하는, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 도체는 40년 이상에 걸쳐 90℃ 이상의 온도에서 실질적으로 연속적으로 동작하는, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 케이블은 냉각제 손실 사고를 시뮬레이팅하는 설계 토대 이벤트(Design Basis Event) 후에 IEEE 383의 요건들을 만족하는, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 설계 토대 이벤트는 1년 동안 붕산 용액에의 침지를 포함하고, 붕산은 50 ℃ 내지 205 ℃로 유지되는, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 케이블은 상기 설계 토대 이벤트 이전에 40년 이상의 원자로 수명을 시뮬레이팅하기 위해 100 MRad 이상의 방사선에 노출되는, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블. - 제 6 항에 있어서,

상기 종방향으로 적용된 코루게이팅된 쉴드는 주석을 포함하는 외부 층을 더 포함하는, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 케이블은 상기 하나 이상의 도체를 감싸는 절연 층을 더 포함하고, 상기 절연 층은 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무를 포함하는, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 케이블은 상기 하나 이상의 도체들을 감싸는 도체 쉴드 및 상기 절연 층을 감싸는 절연 쉴드를 더 포함하는, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 종방향으로 적용된 코루게이팅된 쉴드는 24시간 동안 180℃에서의 인공 에이징 후에 실질적으로 균열들이 없는, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수명은 60년 이상인, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 재킷 층은 방사선 경화되는, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블. - 제 1 항의 하나 이상의 케이블들을 포함하는 원자로.
- 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블로서,
하나 이상의 도체들;
상기 하나 이상의 도체들을 감싸는 절연 층;
상기 절연 층을 감싸는 종방향으로 적용된 코루게이팅된 쉴드; 및
상기 종방향으로 적용된 코루게이팅된 쉴드를 감싸는 가교 폴리올레핀 재킷 층을 포함하고,
상기 케이블은 사용시 5,000볼트 내지 68,000볼트를 전도하고, 열 및 100MRad의 방사선으로 상기 케이블을 40살 이상의 연령으로 인공적으로 에이징한 후 실질적으로 균열이 없는, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블. - 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블로서,
하나 이상의 도체들;
상기 하나 이상의 도체를 감싸는 종방향으로 적용된 코루게이팅된 쉴드; 및
상기 종방향으로 적용된 코루게이팅된 쉴드를 감싸는 가교 폴리올레핀 재킷 층을 포함하고,
상기 케이블은 사용시 5,000볼트 내지 68,000볼트를 전도하고, 24 시간 동안 180℃에서 그리고 100MRad의 방사선으로 상기 케이블을 40살 이상의 연령으로 인공적으로 에이징한 후 구조적 및 기능적 무결성을 유지하는, 원자력 환경들을 위한 케이블.
