Claims (25)
- 선박이 항행할 수 있는 환경의 적어도 일부의 동적 가상 표현을 결정하기 위한 시스템으로서,
상기 선박으로부터 원격의 적어도 하나의 비콘으로서:
상기 환경의 적어도 일부의 지형을 나타내는 주변 정보를 감지하기 위한 적어도 하나의 센서,
송신기, 및
상기 적어도 하나의 센서에 연결되고 상기 주변 정보가 상기 송신기를 통해 송신되게 하도록 구성된 제어기를 포함하는, 상기 비콘; 및
상기 선박으로부터 원격의 제어 센터로서:
상기 주변 정보를 수신하도록 구성된 수신기,
상기 수신기에 연결되고 상기 주변 정보에 기초하여 상기 환경의 적어도 일부의 동적 가상 표현을 결정하도록 구성된 제어 유닛, 및
상기 제어 유닛에 연결되는 송신기를 포함하는, 상기 제어 센터를 포함하고,
상기 동적 가상 표현은 지형도를 포함하고,
상기 제어 유닛은 상기 주변 정보에 기초하여 또는 상기 가상 표현에 기초하여 상기 선박의 항행을 보조하는데 사용하기 위한 항행 정보를 결정하도록 구성되고, 상기 제어 유닛은 상기 항행 정보가 상기 제어 센터의 상기 송신기에 의해 송신되게 하도록 구성되는, 시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제어 유닛은 상기 적어도 하나의 센서에 의해 감지되고 상기 수신기를 통해 수신되는 추가 주변 정보에 기초하여 상기 가상 표현의 적어도 일 부분을 업데이트하도록 구성되는, 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 제어 유닛은 상기 가상 표현이 상기 제어 센터의 상기 송신기에 의해 송신되게 하도록 구성되는, 시스템.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 시스템은 단말로서:
상기 가상 표현을 수신하도록 구성된 수신기,
출력 디바이스, 및
상기 단말의 상기 수신기에 연결되고 수신된 상기 가상 표현에 기초하여 정보가 상기 출력 디바이스 상에 출력되게 하도록 구성된 제어 유닛을 포함하는, 상기 단말을 갖는, 시스템. - 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 단말은 휴대형인, 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 제어 유닛은 상기 환경의 적어도 일부를 나타내는 주변 정보를 감지하기 위한 지시를 생성하도록 구성되고,
상기 제어 유닛은 상기 제어 센터의 상기 송신기가 상기 지시를 송신하게 하도록 구성되며,
상기 비콘은 상기 지시를 수신하도록 구성된 수신기를 포함하는, 시스템. - 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 비콘은 상기 비콘의 수중 움직임을 제어하기 위한 하나 이상의 조타 유닛을 포함하고,
상기 비콘의 상기 제어기는 상기 비콘의 상기 수신기에 연결되고 상기 지시에 기초하여 상기 하나 이상의 조타 유닛을 제어하도록 구성된, 시스템. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 센서는: 카메라, 라이더(LIDAR) 센서, 소나(SONAR) 및 레이더(RADAR) 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 주변 정보는: 하나 이상의 이미지, 하나 이상의 비디오, 하나 이상의 라이더 센서로부터의 라이더 정보, 하나 이상의 소나 센서로부터의 소나 정보, 하나 이상의 레이더 센서로부터의 레이더 정보, 하나 이상의 마이크로폰으로부터의 사운드 정보, 하나 이상의 위치 센서로부터의 위치 정보 및 하나 이상의 움직임 센서로부터의 움직임 정보 중 하나 이상을 포함하는, 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 지형도는 라이더 지도를 포함하는, 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 비콘은 고정식 지상 비콘, 이동식 지상 비콘, 고정식 수상 비콘 또는 이동식 수상 비콘을 포함하는, 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 비콘은 복수의 예인선 및/또는 부표를 포함하는, 시스템.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 비콘은 복수의 상기한 비콘을 포함하고, 상기 제어 센터의 상기 수신기는 상기 비콘들의 각각의 송신기들로부터 주변 정보를 수신하도록 구성되며, 상기 제어 유닛은 상기 비콘들의 상기 각각의 송신기들로부터 수신된 상기 주변 정보에 기초하여 상기 환경의 상기 적어도 일부의 상기 가상 표현을 결정하도록 구성된, 시스템.
- 선박이 항행할 수 있는 환경의 적어도 일부의 동적 가상 표현을 결정하는 방법으로서,
상기 선박으로부터 원격의 비콘으로부터 그리고 상기 선박으로부터 원격의 제어 센터에서, 상기 환경의 적어도 일부의 지형을 나타내는 주변 정보를 수신하는 단계;
상기 주변 정보에 기초하여 상기 환경의 적어도 일부의 동적 가상 표현을 결정하는 단계;
상기 주변 정보에 기초하여 또는 상기 가상 표현에 기초하여 상기 선박의 항행을 보조하는데 사용하기 위한 항행 정보를 결정하는 단계; 및
상기 제어 센터의 송신기가 상기 항행 정보를 송신하게 하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 동적 가상 표현은 지형도를 포함하는, 방법. - 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 지형도는 라이더 지도를 포함하는, 방법.
- 청구항 14 또는 15에 있어서, 상기 선박으로부터 원격의 복수의 비콘으로부터 그리고 상기 선박으로부터 원격의 제어 센터에서, 상기 환경의 적어도 일부를 나타내는 주변 정보를 수신하는 단계, 및
상기 복수의 비콘으로부터 수신된 상기 주변 정보에 기초하여 상기 환경의 상기 적어도 일부의 상기 가상 표현을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제어 센터의 프로세서에 의해 실행되는 경우, 상기 프로세서가 청구항 14 또는 15에 있어서의 방법을 수행하게 하는 지시들을 저장하는 비일시적 컴퓨터 판독 가능한 저장 매체.
