The present invention relates to a fermented pomegranate composition containing a high content of ellagic acid and gallic acid with increased absorption into body, uses having skin whitening, wrinkle alleviation or antioxidant functions, and a method for manufacturing thereof by using an EFC method and, more specifically, to a fermented pomegranate composition with significantly increased active ingredients such as gallic acid, ellagic acid and the like by fermenting the pomegranate with specific enzymes and specific strains by using the EFC method, a manufacturing method thereof, and uses of the composition for antioxidant activity, skin whitening or wrinkle alleviation.
