도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제2구조의 약물전달 마이크로 구조체의 절개 사시도이다.

Claims (22)
- 자성 나노입자를 포함하고, 자극에 의해 졸로 변환되는 자극 민감성 고분자를 포함하는 제1하이드로겔; 및
약물 및 세포로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 고분자 전달체;를 포함하며,
상기 제1하이드로겔 및 고분자 전달체는,
상기 제1하이드로겔이 상기 고분자 전달체 연속상 내에 분산 함입된 구조; 상기 고분자 전달체가 상기 제1하이드로겔 연속상 내에 분산 함입된 구조; 및 상기 제1하이드로겔과 상기 고분자 전달체가 각각 반구형으로 결합된 야누스 구조;에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 구조를 가지는 것인 약물전달 마이크로 구조체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 전달체는 친수성 중합체로 이루어진 제2하이드로겔을 포함하는 약물전달 마이크로 구조체. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 제1하이드로겔의 친수성 중합체와 상기 제2하이드로겔의 친수성 중합체는 서로 상이한 것인 약물전달 마이크로 구조체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 고분자 전달체는 소수성 생분해성 중합체를 포함하는 약물전달 마이크로 구조체. - 삭제

상기 자극은 온도, pH, 자기장, 전기장, 초음파, 생체분자 및 광으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 약물전달 마이크로 구조체. - 삭제

상기 제1하이드로겔은 UCST 거동을 나타내는 친수성 중합체로 이루어진 약물전달 마이크로 구조체. - 제 1항 내지 제4항, 제7항, 제9항 및 제12항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 약물전달 마이크로 구조체는 연골 재생용 약물전달 마이크로 구조체 - 자극 민감성 고분자를 포함하는 친수성 제1중합체를 포함하는 수용액에 자성 나노입자가 분산된 제1용액을 제조하는 제1단계;
약물 및 세포로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 치료용 제제, 제2중합체 및 용매를 혼합하여 제2용액을 제조하는 제2단계;
상기 제1용액 및 제2용액을 혼합하고 유화하여 에멀젼을 제조하고, 상기 에멀젼의 분산상을 고형화하는 제3단계; 및
상기 에멀젼의 연속상을 고형화하는 제4단계;를 포함하는 약물전달 마이크로 구조체의 제조방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제3단계는 제1용액이 분산상을 형성하고, 제2용액이 연속상을 형성하며, 제1용액 분산상을 고형화하여 제1하이드로겔을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 약물전달 마이크로 구조체의 제조방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제3단계는 제1용액이 연속상을 형성하고, 제2용액이 분산상을 형성하며, 제2용액 분산상을 고형화하여 고분자 전달체 입자를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 약물전달 마이크로 구조체의 제조방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제2단계의 치료용 제제는 약물, 약물 복합체, 세포 및 세포를 캡슐화한 하이드로겔으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 약물전달 마이크로 구조체의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제14항 내지 제17항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2중합체는 친수성 중합체이며, 용매는 물을 포함하는 약물전달 마이크로 구조체의 제조방법. - 제14항 내지 제17항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2중합체는 소수성 생분해성 중합체이며, 용매는 유기 용매를 포함하는 약물전달 마이크로 구조체의 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제4항, 제9항 및 제12항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 약물전달 마이크로 구조체;
환부에 X-선을 조사한 후 상기 약물전달 마이크로 구조체 및 환부를 이미징하기 위한 영상촬영부;
상기 약물전달마이크로 구조체를 환부로 이동시키는 자계생성부; 및
상기 이미징을 실시간으로 검출하는 검출기;를 포함하는 자기장 구동 장치. - 제21항에 있어서,
상기 자기장 구동 장치는 근적외선 조사부를 더 포함하는 것인 자기장 구동 장치.
