Abstract
본 발명의 CPP 필름 제조방법은 필름에 대한 직접적인 코로나 처리를 대신하여 실리콘 롤에 코로나 처리를 함에 따라 과전류 발생, 오존가스 발생 등 위험요소를 감소하여 작업환경을 개선하고, 생산 경비를 절감하는 효과가 있다. 또한 이에 따라 제조된 CPP 필름은 직접적인 코로나 처리 없이도 우수한 두께, 절연성, 내전해액성 및 접착강도를 가지는 점에 특징이 있다.

Claims (5)
- 알루미늄 파우치 필름을 구성하는 무연신 폴리프로필렌(casted polypropylene, CPP) 필름의 제조방법에 있어서,
T-다이 압출장치의 실리콘 롤에 마텐스 경도 9 내지 10으로 유리막 코팅을 하는 제1단계;
상기 유리막 코팅된 실리콘 롤을 코로나 처리하는 제2단계;
상기 코로나 처리된 실리콘 롤을 상기 T-다이 압출장비의 폴리싱롤과 합체하는 제3단계; 및
상기 코로나 처리된 실리콘 롤이 합체된 압출장비를 통해 수지를 압출시켜 두께는 30 ~ 50μm인 CPP 필름을 제조하는 제4단계;를 포함하는 CPP 필름 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 롤은 샤우드축, SUS 롤, 및 실리콘 롤이 적층된 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 CPP 필름 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 코로나 처리는 50 다인(dyne) 이상의 다인수로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CPP 필름 제조방법.
