상기 고정판의 양단부에 각각 설치되고, 상기 고정판에 의해 덮혀지지 않는 상기 골조의 상부 일부와 측부를 덮는 비닐의 일단부가 각각 고정 설치되는 고정패드;를 포함하고,
상기 고정판의 상부에는 고정판의 강성을 보강하는 한편, 미끄러짐을 방지하기 위해 상기 고정판의 중앙을 경계로 상기 고정판의 폭방향으로 좌우 대칭되도록 각각 복수 개의 미끄럼 방지용 돌부가 일정 간격으로 상부로 돌출 형성되며,
상기 미끄럼 방지용 돌부는 고정판의 길이방향으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 비닐 고정대.
