Claims (5)
- 제1 도파관;
내부에 제1 금속 격벽이 형성된 제2 도파관; 및
내부에 상기 제1 금속 격벽과 연결되어, 상기 제1 도파관을 향하는 방향으로 갈수록 높이가 낮아지는 테이퍼드(tapered) 형태의 제2 금속 격벽이 형성된 연결 도파관을 포함하고,
상기 연결 도파관의 길이 방향을 기준으로, 상기 연결 도파관의 일단에 상기 제1 도파관이 연결되고, 상기 연결 도파관의 타단에 상기 길이 방향에 수직한 양 방향으로 제2 도파관이 각각 연결되어 상기 제1 도파관, 상기 연결 도파관 및 상기 제2 도파관이 T자형 구조를 형성하고,
상기 제1 도파관은, 구형(rectangular) 도파관이고,
상기 제2 도파관은, 부분 H 평면(partial H-Plane)형 도파관인 도파관 전이 구조체.
