Description
도 2는 본 발명에 의한 악취 및 유해가스 제거장치의 횡단면도,
도 3은 본 발명에 의한 악취 및 유해가스 제거장치를 구성하는 분무체의 작용에 관한 설명도,
도 4는 본 발명에 의한 악취 및 유해가스 제거장치가 연결 플랜지를 더 구비하는 경우에 관한 설명도이다.

Claims (8)
- 단관 형상으로 이루어지는 바디 파이프; 및
상기 바디 파이프 내에 배치되어 상기 바디 파이프 내 공간에 처리제를 분무하는 분무체;를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 바디 파이프는 배기덕트의 길이방향 일 구간을 차지하고,
상기 분무체는 상기 바디 파이프에서 상기 배기덕트의 상류 방향 단부에 배치되어 상기 배기덕트의 상류 방향으로 처리제를 분사하고,
상기 바디 파이프 내에는 상기 바디 파이프의 내주면을 따라 연장되는 나선형 돌기 형태로 이루어져 상기 바디 파이프를 지나는 유체가 일방향으로 회전하면서 흐르도록 하여, 유체의 신속하고 원활한 배출을 유도하는 혼합부재가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 및 유해가스 제거장치.

상기 분무체는 상기 바디 파이프의 내주면에서 이격된 링형 관으로 이루어져 원주방향을 따라 이격된 다수 개의 노즐을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 및 유해가스 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분무체는 상기 바디 파이프의 직경방향으로 연장되는 관으로 이루어져 길이방향을 따라 이격된 다수 개의 노즐을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 및 유해가스 제거장치.

상기 바디 파이프의 양단부 외주면에는 연결 플랜지가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 및 유해가스 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 분무체에 처리제를 공급하는 공급관은 상기 바디 파이프의 벽체를 관통하는 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 및 유해가스 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바디 파이프는 강재로 이루어지고 내주면이 플라스틱으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 악취 및 유해가스 제거장치.
