상기 과정에서 만든 고형비누를 대패질하여 고형비누를 대패밥형태로 만드는 과정; 및
상기 대패밥형태로 깍인 비누를 부셔서 플레이크로 만드는 과정;을 포함하고,
상기 비누액을 만드는 과정에서는, 식물성 오일로 코코넛오일, 올리브오일, 포도씨오일을 사용하며,
코코넛오일 85중량부, 올리브오일 10중량부, 포도씨유 5중량부, 가성소다 7중량부, 정제수 35중량부, 소금 10중량부를 배합하되,
코코넛오일, 올리브오일, 포도씨오일을 혼합한 것에 가성소다를 정제수에 용해시킨 가성소다 수용액을 붓고 교반한 다음, 소금을 투입하여 교반시키고,
상기 비누액을 만드는 과정에서, 가성소다 수용액과 식물성 오일을 먼저 교반한 후 소금을 추가함으로써, 비누액을 만드는 과정에서 소금이 완전히 용해되지 않고 입자상태로 잔존되어, 비누액을 건조시켜 형성되는 고형비누에 소금이 입자상태로 함유되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이크상 미용비누제조방법.
