상기 애노드와 상기 제1 발광층 사이에 구비되고, 정공수송 물질을 포함하는 정공수송층을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자로서,
상기 제2 발광층은 상기 제1 발광층 보다 단파장의 빛을 발광하며,
상기 제1 발광층은 제1 호스트, 제2 호스트 및 제1 도펀트를 포함하고,
상기 제2 발광층은 제3 호스트, 제4 호스트 및 제2 도펀트를 포함하며,
상기 제1 호스트 및 제2 호스트 중 어느 하나는 상기 정공수송 물질과 동일하고,
상기 애노드와 상기 정공수송층 사이에 구비된 P형 도핑층을 포함하고,
상기 캐소드와 상기 제2 발광층 사이에 구비된 N형 도핑층을 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 소자. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 정공수송층은 상기 제1 발광층에 접하여 구비되는 것인 유기 발광 소자.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 P형 도핑층은 P형 도핑물질로 이루어지고, 상기 P형 도핑물질은 LUMO에너지 준위가 4.8eV 이상인 것인 유기 발광 소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 N형 도핑층은 알칼리 금속; 및 알칼리 금속 복합체 중 1 이상을 포함하는 것인 유기 발광 소자.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 발광층의 최대 발광 파장은 610nm 내지 780nm 이고, 상기 제2 발광층의 최대 발광 파장은 500nm 내지 580nm인 것인 유기 발광 소자.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 제3 발광층의 최대 발광 파장은 480nm 내지 540nm 인 것인 유기 발광 소자.
- 청구항 1 내지 8 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 발광 소자는 CIE x 및 CIE y 색좌표를 측정하였을 때, 10mA/cm2의 전류를 인가해 발광하는 색좌표와 100mA/cm2의 전류를 인가해 발광하는 색좌표의 차이가 CIE x 및 CIE y 각각 ±0.015 미만인 것인 유기 발광 소자.
