상기 침지단계는, 피롤리돈카복실산 은염 10~100mg/L, 피롤리돈카복실산 아연염 100~500mg/L, N-아실아미노산 칼륨염 400~2000 mg/L, 황산 150~500mg/L, 글루타민산 5~20mg/L, 구연산 100~1000mg/L을 함유하는 항균 처리용 조성물에 속옷 원단을 24시간 침지한 후 건조하는 1차 항균처리 단계; 및 상기 1차 항균처리 단계를 거친 속옷 원단을 작약 추출물에 6~12시간 동안 침지 처리하는 2차 항균처리 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 작약 추출물은, 추출용매에 추출용매 1L를 기준으로 작약 300~500g을 담지시키는 단계; 작약이 담지된 담지액을 100~130℃로 2~3시간 동안 가열하여 유효성분을 추출하는 단계; 및 유효성분이 추출된 추출액 1L당 정제수 2~4L를 가하여 희석한 후, 증류기에서 가열하여 증류액을 얻는 단계;를 통하여 제조되며,
