Description

Matte flooring}Matte flooring

The present invention relates to a matte floorboard, and more particularly, to a matte floorboard improved to improve various purchase desires of consumers by changing the gloss characteristics of the floorboard based on PET (polyethylene terephthalate) into matte characteristics.

In general, it is well known that a floorboard is a cement mortar that is installed on the indoor floor surface of a building, thereby performing the role of heating and moisture-proofing from the cement mortar.

As for such a floorboard, paper floorboards, which were traditionally fed with oil on the upper surface of paper, have been commonly used, but recently, synthetic resin floorboards, which emphasize moisture-proof, cushioning, and convenience in construction, have been widely used and used.

PVC flooring is a representative synthetic resin flooring.

PVC floor coverings are inexpensive and resistant to moisture and contamination, and have the advantage of being advantageous for heating due to their high thermal conductivity.

However, due to its low tensile strength, it is not only hard and cushioned, but also has a disadvantage in that it is weak against external impact.

Thus, PET flooring has been disclosed. PET floorboards are glossy, inexpensive, and soft, so they have a good cushioning feeling and are excellent in buffering external shocks, but have the disadvantage of shrinking and expanding by heat.

Thus, in recent years, attempts have been made to supplement the shortcomings of PET flooring by treating the upper and lower surfaces of PET with a primer.

However, as consumers prefer matte floorboards due to changes in consumer preferences, they are faced with the limitation that matte treatment is very difficult as they try to matte the primer-treated PET floorboards.

In other words, the matting treatment of the floorboard is usually performed in a manner that removes the gloss by slightly melting the surface of the floorboard using a heat roller to form a fine roughness. This heat roller is used in a state heated to less than 150℃, whereas PET Since it melts only when it exceeds 240°C, it is difficult to matte it using a conventional heat roller.

Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1486059 (2015.01.19.) Manufacturing method of functional flooring

The present invention was created to solve the problems in the prior art as described above, and by changing the gloss characteristics of a floor plate based on PET (polyethylene terephthalate) into a matte characteristic, it is possible to improve various purchase desires of consumers. Its main purpose is to provide an improved matte flooring.

The present invention is a means for achieving the above object, a substrate 100, a print layer 200 formed to be printed on the lower surface of the substrate 100, and an upper layer formed on the upper surface of the substrate 100 ( In the matte floor plate consisting of 300); The upper layer 300 is formed by laminating a PVC film, and is surface-treated by a heat roller to provide a matte floor plate, characterized in that it is matte-treated to have roughness.

According to the present invention, an improved effect can be obtained so as to improve various purchase desires of consumers by changing the gloss property of a floor plate based on PET (polyethylene terephthalate) into a matte property.

1 is an exemplary cross-sectional view showing a layered structure of a matte floor plate according to the present invention.

Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The matte floorboard according to the present invention is characterized by forming a PVC upper layer on the upper surface of a PET substrate to enable matte treatment.

At this time, the PVC upper layer has a thickness within 0.1mm.

The reason for the formation of the PVC upper layer is that in the case of PVC, the melting point is 140°C, and thus matte treatment is possible through a heat roller.

In addition, a kind of hybrid concept is implemented to have the merits of PET and PVC flooring, so that both the disadvantages of PET and PVC flooring are eliminated, thereby enhancing the preference of the flooring buyer and contributing to quality improvement.

However, since it is difficult to implement a mixed floor plate simply by combining the two, it can be said to be a feature of the present invention that it is possible to implement it.

More specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the matte floor plate according to the present invention includes a substrate 100, a printing layer 200 printed on the lower surface of the substrate 100, and an upper surface of the substrate 100. It consists of an upper layer (300).

At this time, the substrate 100 has a structure in which the upper and lower primers 120 and the lower primers 130 are coated in a state in which the upper and lower surfaces of the PET sheet 110 are corona-treated.

Here, the corona treatment is a surface treatment technology for improving wet tension, printability, applicability, and adhesion by passing the PET sheet 110 through a corona discharge field and modifying the upper and lower surfaces thereof.

That is, in general, plastic surfaces have low energy and are chemically inert, and because of these properties, the surface is very difficult to coat, print, etc., so by applying a polar functional group to the material surface through corona treatment to improve the hydrophilicity, printability and application It refers to surface treatment to improve functions such as property and adhesion.

In addition, the upper primer 120 and the lower primer 130 are formed by applying an acrylic resin, and the acrylic resin has excellent light transmittance, and in particular, has less deformation to heat to prevent thermal deformation of the PET sheet 110. Has characteristics.

In addition, in the case of the lower primer 130, based on 100 parts by weight of the acrylic resin constituting the lower primer 130 so that the printing layer 200 can be formed satisfactorily, 5 parts by weight of calcium silicate, 8.5 parts by weight of the epoxy resin, and 4 parts by weight of fluorine alkylsilane is further added.

At this time, the calcium silicate is added to secure the glossiness of the printing layer 200.

In addition, the epoxy resin has good transparency and is added to ensure a sense of volume and a sense of buffer while the shape of the printing layer 200 is well projected.

In addition, the fluoroalkylsilane is added to maintain smoothness by microstructuring so that the printing layer 200 can be formed evenly and uniformly.

In addition, the printing layer 200 may be printed to have a shape to have various flooring feelings such as a solid wood pattern.

On the other hand, the upper layer 300 includes a PVC film 330, the PVC film 330 does not adhere well to the PET sheet (100).

Therefore, in the present invention, the upper layer 300 is configured as follows so as to improve the mating with the upper primer 120 in order to improve the lamination property.

The upper layer 300 includes a first primer 310 laminated with the upper primer 120, a second primer 320 formed on the upper surface of the first primer 310, and the second primer 320. It consists of a PVC film 330 laminated on the upper surface.

At this time, the first primer 310 is formed by spraying a primer solution in which a PVC resin and an acrylic resin are mixed in a weight ratio of 1:1 for occlusion with the upper primer 120 constituting the substrate 100.

This is to allow the first primer 310 to contain an acrylic resin so that a complete occlusion with the upper primer 120 formed of the acrylic resin is achieved so that it is bonded with a strong adhesive force.

However, in fact, the second primer 320 is applied and formed on the lower surface of the PVC film 330, and the first primer 310 is applied and formed on the second primer 320, but for convenience of explanation, Explained the opposite.

In addition, the first primer 310 includes 10 parts by weight of ommochrome, 5 parts by weight of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, based on 100 parts by weight of a primer solution in which a PVC resin and an acrylic resin are mixed in a weight ratio of 1:1. It may be configured by adding more parts by weight.

In this case, ommochrome has natural antiseptic and natural antiviral properties and is added to maintain antibacterial persistence because it has a property of remaining on the film surface for a long time; Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane is a water-repellent organic substance and is added to enhance the anti-fingerprint property by increasing the contact angle and increasing the slip property while increasing the water repellency.

In addition, the second primer 320 is formed of a PVC resin because it must be laminated by attaching the PVC film 330 to the first primer 310.

That is, since the first primer 320 also has PVC, and the PVC film 330 is also made of PVC, the second primer 320 occludes them between them, providing smooth occlusion and a solid bonding force. .

In particular, in the present invention, 10 parts by weight of vinyloxymosilane, 2.5 parts by weight of zeolite fine powder, and 5 parts by weight of benzoguanamine may be further added to the second primer 320 with respect to 100 parts by weight of the PVC resin constituting it.

At this time, vinyl oxymosilane (Vinyl Oximeino Silane) promotes gelation and provides uniform dispersibility and molding stability of inorganic matter, and zeolite fine powder is a kind of aluminum silicate mineral, which is a representative far-infrared radiation material and a material having ion exchange properties, and deodorization , Is added to express the purification properties.

In addition, benzoguanamine is added to maintain adhesion stabilization while maintaining antistatic properties.

The substrate 100 on which the upper layer 300 having such a structure is laminated is two rollers, that is, a rubber roller at the bottom, and an iron roller at the top that is meshed with and has a plurality of fine concave and convex formed on the surface and heated to 150°C. As it passes through, the surface of the PVC film 330 constituting the upper layer 300 is slightly melted in response to the fine concavo-convex and is formed to be rough.

Through this, matting treatment is possible.

That is, in the past, matting treatment through a heat roller was difficult because only a PET substrate was used, but in the present invention, a matte treatment is possible because a PVC film capable of matting treatment is laminated to a PET substrate.

However, since it is very difficult to laminate the PVC film to the PET sheet, it has been implemented to make this possible through the unique treatment method of the present invention, and it is characterized in that it can be matted based on this.
