Description

The present invention relates to a floor decorative material.

Conventionally, as a flooring material to be constructed on the floor surface, a flooring decorative material having a decorative sheet laminated on the surface is used. Such flooring decorative materials are required to have various performances required for flooring materials such as scratch resistance, caster resistance, and walking feeling.

As a decorative material for floors having these performances, a decorative sheet having a synthetic resin backer layer on the back surface of the base sheet, and the synthetic resin backer layer including a foam layer is placed on an adherend such as a wood-based material. A laminated floor decorative material has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The floor decorative material of Patent Document 1 has a structure in which a synthetic resinous backer layer includes a hard layer and a soft layer, so that it has an appropriate cushioning property and has a good feeling of walking (walking stability and safety), and a flooring material. As scratch resistance.

The flooring decorative material described in Patent Document 1 is also an excellent flooring decorative material, but the structure for exerting heat insulation has not been sufficiently studied, and even if it is touched with a foot during walking, it is innocent. There is room for improvement in so-called warmth that does not feel cold compared to the floor.

Examples of a technique for improving the thermal sensitivity include a method of increasing the foaming ratio of the foam layer and a method of increasing the thickness of the foam layer.

However, when the thermal sensitivity is improved by the above-described method, there is a problem that scratch resistance and caster resistance are lowered.

A floor decorative material having these performances has not been developed yet, and development of a floor decorative material having scratch resistance, caster resistance and warmth is desired.

3. Item 3. The floor decorative material according to Item 1 or 2, wherein a foamed resin substrate is laminated on the back surface of the wooden substrate.

Hereinafter, the floor decorative material of the present invention will be described in detail. In the floor decorative material of the present invention, the uppermost layer of the decorative sheet (for example, the surface protective layer when the surface protective layer is formed) is a so-called “front surface” (surface visually recognized after construction). . Therefore, in this specification, the direction in which the uppermost layer (surface protective layer, etc.) of the decorative sheet exists with respect to the wooden base material for the flooring decorative material is referred to as “up”, and the opposite side is referred to as “back” or “bottom”. ".

The floor decorative material of the present invention has at least a foamed resin layer and a decorative sheet laminated in this order on a wooden base material. (1) The decorative sheet has a synthetic resin backer layer laminated on the lowermost layer. 2) The above-mentioned synthetic resin backer layer has an upper yield point load or maximum point load obtained from a load-elongation curve obtained by a tensile test in accordance with JIS K7127 of 90 N or more and a thickness of less than 0.5 mm. (3) The foamed resin layer has a 0.2% proof stress of 2N or more obtained from a load-elongation curve obtained by a tensile test in accordance with JIS K7127, and 0.2 in the load-elongation curve. The elongation of the foamed resin layer in terms of% proof stress is 5% or more, and the expansion ratio is 2 to 20 times.

The floor decorative material of the present invention having the above characteristics has a synthetic resin backer layer laminated on the bottom layer of the decorative sheet, and the upper yield point load or the maximum point load of the synthetic resin backer layer is 90 N or more. Excellent scratch resistance (push resistance). In addition, since the thickness of the synthetic resin backer layer is less than 0.5 mm and is thin, the distance from the surface of the decorative material for flooring to the foamed resin layer is shortened. It is difficult to disperse in the material and has excellent warmth. Further, it is provided with a foamed resin layer, and the 0.2% proof stress of the foamed resin layer is 2N or more, and the elongation of the foamed resin layer when exhibiting 0.2% proof stress is 5% or more. It is excellent in caster resistance because it recovers even if it is recessed when a load is applied due to the above. Further, since the expansion ratio of the foamed resin layer is 2 times or more, the thermal sensitivity is excellent, and since it is 20 times or less, caster resistance is not impaired. Furthermore, since the above-mentioned foamed resin layer is provided, the walking feeling and the sitting comfort are also excellent.

That is, by providing the above-described configuration, the floor decorative material of the present invention can exhibit excellent scratch resistance, caster resistance, and warmth sensitivity without compromising walking feeling and the like.

Hereinafter, each member which comprises the decorative material for floors of this invention is demonstrated. In the floor decorative material of the present invention, at least a foamed resin layer and a decorative sheet are laminated in this order on a wooden substrate.

It is preferable that it is 5N or more. Further, the 0.2% proof stress is preferably 50 N or less, and more preferably 30 N or less.

The 0.2% yield strength of the foamed resin layer in this specification is based on JIS K7127 by preparing a foamed resin layer punched into a dumbbell-shaped test piece (see FIG. 2) following the test method of JIS K6734. In a temperature environment of 25 ° C., a load obtained by performing a tensile test using a tensile compression tester (Orientec Co., Ltd .: Tensilon RTC-1250A) under the conditions of a tensile speed of 50 mm / min and a chuck distance of 80 mm. -It can be determined from the elongation curve.

Specifically, the 0.2% proof stress of the foamed resin layer in the present specification is, for example, 0.2% plastic elongation with respect to the linear portion op of the load-elongation curve in the load-elongation curve of FIG. Fix the floor decorative material (sample) (5 cm x 20 cm) to be tested to the sample fixing base, place a 15 kg weight on the weighted part, and place one on the decorative layer side surface of the floor decorative material with the adjustment handle. The casters were brought into contact with each other (total load 25 kg), and the caster fixing base was operated and reciprocated 25000 at a speed of 10 m / min. The amount of dents was measured and evaluated based on the following criteria.
○: Depression amount is less than 100 μm Δ: Depression amount is 100 to 200 μm
X: The amount of dents exceeds 200 μm. If the evaluation is Δ or more in this test, it is evaluated that the caster is of a degree that can be used for actual use.

The temperature of the surface of the decorative material for floor of Comparative Example 6 and the temperature of the surface of the decorative material for floor of each Example and Comparative Example were measured on the basis of Comparative Example 6 in which the temperature sensitive foamed resin layer was not formed. The temperature difference was calculated and evaluated.

The temperature difference was measured according to the following procedure. First, after leaving the flooring cosmetic material in a 5 ° C. environment for 1 hour, the surfaces of the two flooring cosmetic materials of the flooring cosmetic material of Comparative Example 6 and the flooring cosmetic material of each Example or Comparative Example. The temperature was measured with a thermoviewer and confirmed to be the same temperature. Next, a cold insulation bag heated in a 40 ° C. oven was placed on the surface of the floor decorative material of Comparative Example 6 and the surface of the floor decorative material of each Example or Comparative Example, and left for 5 seconds. The surface temperature of the floor decorative material of Comparative Example 6 and the floor decorative material of each Example or Comparative Example immediately after removing the cold insulation bag after 5 seconds was measured using a thermoviewer. Evaluation was performed based on the following evaluation criteria.
○: More than + 2 ° C. with respect to Comparative Example 6 Δ: +1 to 2 ° C. with respect to Comparative Example 6
×: Less than + 1 ° C. with respect to Comparative Example 6 Note that if the evaluation is Δ or more in this test, it is evaluated that the thermal sensitivity is such that it can be used for actual use.

The results are shown in Table 1.

Figure 0006060765

From the results in Table 1, in the floor decorative materials of Examples 1 to 6, at least the foamed resin layer and the decorative sheet are laminated in this order on the wooden base material, and the decorative sheet is laminated with the synthetic resin backer layer in the lowermost layer. The upper yield point load or the maximum point load of the synthetic resin backer layer is 90 N or more, the thickness is less than 0.5 mm, and 0.2% of the foamed resin layer. % Proof stress is 2N or more, the elongation of the foamed resin layer at a point showing 0.2% proof stress in the load-elongation curve is 5% or more, and the expansion ratio is 2 to 20 times. Since it is provided, it was found that excellent scratch resistance and caster resistance were exhibited, and that the thermal sensitivity was excellent.

On the other hand, the floor decorative material of Comparative Example 1 was inferior in warmth because the distance from the surface of the floor decorative material to the foamed resin layer was increased because the synthetic resin backer layer was thick. The floor decorative material of Comparative Example 2 was inferior in scratch resistance (scratch resistance) because the upper yield point load or the maximum point load was small. Since the floor decorative material of Comparative Example 3 has a low foaming ratio of the foamed resin layer, the heat insulating property of the floor decorative material is not sufficient, and thus the thermal sensitivity is inferior. In the decorative material for floor of Comparative Example 4, since the elongation of the foamed resin layer at a point showing 0.2% proof stress in the load-elongation curve is low, the dent amount due to the load of the caster becomes large and the caster resistance is inferior. It was. In addition, the floor decorative material of Comparative Example 5 had a high foaming ratio of the foamed resin layer and a low 0.2 proof stress, so that the amount of dent due to the load of the caster was large and the caster resistance was poor. The floor decorative material of Comparative Example 6 was inadequate in heat retaining property because the foamed resin layer was not formed, and was inferior in thermal sensitivity.
