Description
도 2는 워크롤의 사용 전과 후의 프로파일을 비교하여 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 워크롤의 압연특성 평가를 위한 시험편의 제작방법을 설명하기 위하여 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 시험편을 이용하여 워크롤의 깊이별 압연 특성을 평가하는 방법을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 5는 워크롤의 성능 평가 시험 결과를 나타낸 표의 일 예이다.
Claims (3)
- 워크롤 제작을 위한 동체의 가공 여유분에서 채취된 시편으로부터 워크롤의 성능을 평가하기 위한 시험편을 제작하되, 워크롤의 초기 직경인 초기경에서 사용 완료 상태의 직경인 폐기경을 뺀 유효경을 직경으로 갖도록, 디스크(disc) 형상으로 제작하는 단계;
상기 시험편을 이용하여 고온 내마모 시험기에서 마모 시험을 수행하는 단계;
상기 시험편의 마모량을 산출하는 단계;
상기 시험편의 마모 프로파일 및 표면 조도를 측정하는 단계; 및
상기 시험편의 마모량, 마모 프로파일 및 표면 조도를 이용하여 워크롤의 성능을 평가하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
워크롤의 성능 평가 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 시험편의 마모량을 산출하는 단계는,
상기 마모 시험 전, 후의 시험편의 질량을 측정하여, 상기 마모 시험 전, 후의 질량의 차이로부터 상기 시험편의 마모량을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
워크롤의 성능 평가 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 시험편은 내경과 외경을 갖도록 중심부가 뚫린 디스크 형상을 가지며,
상기 내경부에서, 상기 외경의 접선에 수직한 방향으로 외부를 향하도록 형성된 키홈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
