- LnPO4(식 중, Ln은 Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb 및 Lu로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타낸다.)로 나타내는 희토류 인산염의 일차 입자가 복수개 응집된 응집체 입자로 이루어지고,
상기 응집체 입자는, 레이저 회절산란식 입도 분포 측정법에 의한 누적 체적(體積) 50용량%에서의 체적 누적 입경 D50이 0.1㎛ 이상 20㎛ 이하이며,
상기 희토류 인산염 입자의 결정자 사이즈/BET 비표면적 환산의 일차 입자경의 값이 0.45 이상이고,
기재(基材)의 내부 또는 표면에 배치되어 광산란을 발생시키기 위해 사용되는 희토류 인산염 입자. - LnPO4(식 중, Ln은 Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb 및 Lu로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타낸다.)로 나타내는 희토류 인산염의 일차 입자가 복수개 응집된 응집체 입자로 이루어지고,
상기 응집체 입자는, 레이저 회절산란식 입도 분포 측정법에 의한 누적 체적(體積) 50용량%에서의 체적 누적 입경 D50이 0.1㎛ 이상 20㎛ 이하이며,
세공경(細孔徑) 분포에서 0.2㎛ 이상 10㎛ 이하의 범위에 1개 이상의 피크를 가지고,
기재(基材)의 내부 또는 표면에 배치되어 광산란을 발생시키기 위해 사용되는 희토류 인산염 입자. - LnPO4(식 중, Ln은 Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Yb 및 Lu로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타낸다.)로 나타내는 희토류 인산염의 일차 입자가 복수개 응집된 응집체 입자로 이루어지고,

백색도 L*이 70 이상인 희토류 인산염 입자. - 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 희토류 인산염 입자를 수지 시트 기재에 첨가하여, 상기 수지 시트 기재의 산란성을 향상시키는 산란성 향상 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 희토류 인산염 입자를 기재의 표면에 배치하여, 상기 기재의 산란성을 향상시키는 산란성 향상 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 희토류 인산염 입자 및 수지를 포함하는 수지 조성물.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 희토류 인산염 입자 및 수지를 포함하는 수지 조성물로 구성되는 광산란 시트.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 희토류 인산염 입자 및 수지를 포함하는 수지 조성물로 구성되는 코트층이 기재의 표면에 마련된 광산란 부재.
- 제11항에 기재된 광산란 시트를 구비한 광학 디바이스.
- 제12항에 기재된 광산란 부재를 구비한 광학 디바이스.
