The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a pellet fuel using wax paper and a pellet fuel produced thereby, and in more detail, by recycling waste or incinerated resources to prevent environmental pollution and to increase added value by recreating it as a fuel that emits excellent thermal power. It relates to a method of manufacturing pellet fuel using wax paper that can play a role in Edo, and a pellet fuel manufactured thereby.

In general, wax paper refers to a processed paper in which papers such as glassine, oil-resistant paper, and waterproof paper are waxed to increase barrier properties against liquids or vapors, and improve thermal adhesion, lamination, and printability. As one of the lasting packaging materials, it has oil resistance and heat adhesion, so it is good for snack packaging, box packaging, sandwich packaging, cupcakes? It is widely used in baking cups, folding box packaging, and dry snack packaging.

Looking at the manufacturing process, the molten wax is penetrated into paper and coated, and the basic material of the wax is microcrystalline wax with a melting point of 55-88℃ in paraffin wax with a melting point of 46-74℃. ), a melting point of 90~125℃, etc. are mixed and used.

Although the wax paper as described above is paper, it is coated with wax and cannot be recycled unlike other paper types. For this reason, thousands of tons of wax paper has been incinerated so far, and this has been pointed out as a problem such as generating fine dust as well as environmental pollution.
