시멘트 100~150 중량부, 잔골재 450~550 중량부, 이산화티탄(TiO2) 광촉매가 패각의 다층구조에 함침되고 표면에 코팅된 굴껍질 또는 조개껍질을 포함하는 패각 50 내지 150중량부, 산화세륨(CeO2) 및 물을 포함하여 조성되는 표층몰탈조성물로 성형된 표층부;로 구성되되,
상기 표층몰탈조성물에는 감람석을 50~100㎛로 분말화한 감람석분말을 상기 잔골재의 30중량%를 대체하여 사용하고,
상기 광촉매가 패각의 다층구조에 함침되고 표면에 코팅된 굴껍질 또는 조개껍질을 포함하는 패각은 광촉매 에멀젼에 입자크기가 1 내지 8mm 범위인 패각을 침지한 후, 가압하여 상기 패각의 다층구조에 상기 광촉매 에멀젼을 함침시키고, 표면에 상기 광촉매 에멀젼을 코팅하여 건조한 것이며,
상기 패각의 다층구조에 함침되고 표면에 코팅된 광촉매가 서방성으로 노출되어 광촉매에 의한 미세먼지 및 표면오염저감과 대기정화 기능이 지속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매가 함침된 패각을 골재로 사용한 미세먼지 및 표면오염저감과 대기정화기능을 가지는 콘크리트 보차도 블록
