Description

폐비닐 재활용을 위한 유기물 제거시스템{Organic removal system for recycling waste vinyl}Organic removal system for recycling waste vinyl}

The present invention relates to a system for removing organic matter buried in waste vinyl for recycling of waste vinyl. More specifically, the organic matter buried in waste vinyl selected in the food waste treatment process is fermented and decomposed, and organic matter is removed. It relates to an organic material removal system for recycling of waste vinyl, which collects waste vinyl from which moisture and odor are removed and can be used as fuel for renewable energy.

In everyday life, vinyl is widely used for food and beverage packaging, agricultural and marine products packaging, and containers, and even when disposing of waste, plastic waste-rate bags are used to dispose of it as household waste. According to data from the Ministry of Environment, about 53,000 tons of household waste are generated every day, of which 10,000 tons of vinyl are mixed out of 25,000 tons discharged as a pay-as-you-go system, and 400 tons of vinyl out of 14,000 tons discharged as food waste. This is mixed and landfilled or incinerated, and only 2,500 tons of vinyl and waste synthetic resin are recycled into energy such as solid fuels among waste discharged as a pay-as-you-go.

On the other hand, in 2018, due to the prohibition of China's waste import ban, waste synthetic resin wastes such as vinyl separated from food waste due to exceeding the disposal capacity of domestic waste synthetic resin recycling facilities due to the high cost of treatment avoidance and disposal caused some wastes in Southeast Asia. Export to the country, causing great social problems. In addition, more than 20 years have passed since the garbage separation and food waste recycling policy was promoted, but 2.7% of vinyl is still mixed in the food waste and is being discharged.

There are about 400 tons of vinyl mixed in food waste per day, and the selected vinyl has food, so it is not easy to handle due to leachate and odor, and it cannot be recycled as solid fuel due to salt and moisture. Therefore, it is a situation in which landfilling or incineration treatment is caused, which causes environmental problems in the process and avoids the treatment itself due to inconvenience such as odor.

Regarding the technology for recycling the waste vinyl, technologies such as patent registration No. 761488, "recycling method and apparatus for waste vinyl", and patent registration No. 1880732, "recycling method and apparatus for waste vinyl," have appeared, but these are collected waste. After washing and cutting the vinyl, after dehydration and drying, the dried waste vinyl is compressed and packaged, or the dried waste vinyl is melted and extruded to produce solid fuel of a certain size to recycle the waste vinyl. There is a problem that the technology cannot be applied to recycling waste vinyl mixed with food waste.

However, when the waste synthetic resin is used as thermal energy, it has a calorific value of 7,000 ㎉/kg or more, so the economic value of solid fuel is also substantial. Therefore, waste vinyl can be used as a renewable energy resource by selecting waste vinyl mixed with food waste. It is said that the emergence of a technology that can reduce the social cost of waste vinyl disposal and solve the environmental pollution caused by landfilling or incineration is needed more than ever.

The present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to mix waste vinyl selected from food waste processing and mushroom medium sawdust containing aerobic microorganisms and ferment them in a fermenter to bury them in waste vinyl. Decomposes organic matter and collects waste vinyl from which moisture and odor are removed while organic matter is removed and uses it as fuel for renewable energy. Fermented organic matter is used as compost, providing an organic matter removal system for waste vinyl recycling It is to do.

The organic material removal system for waste vinyl recycling according to the present invention includes: a waste vinyl storage hopper for storing waste vinyl selected in a food waste treatment process and discharging a predetermined amount; A sawdust storage hopper that stores sawdust containing aerobic microorganisms and then discharges a certain amount; A mixer for mixing the waste vinyl discharged from the waste vinyl storage hopper and sawdust discharged from the sawdust storage hopper; A fermenter for fermenting a mixture of sawdust containing waste vinyl and aerobic microorganisms while stirring in a fermenter; A first air pressure transfer device for transferring the material mixed with waste vinyl and sawdust discharged from the mixer into a fermenter; A sorting machine for classifying materials discharged after fermentation in a fermentation tank into waste vinyl and compost; A second air pressure transfer device for transferring the material discharged from the fermentation tank to a sorter; A vinyl storage unit that stores, transports, and discharges waste vinyl that has been sorted and transported by a sorting machine; Characterized in that it comprises a compost storage hopper for storing and discharging the compost sorted and transferred from the sorting machine.

Preferably, a deodorization duct is installed in the fermenter and the waste vinyl storage hopper, and the collected odor and air are sucked by a blower and configured to be blown to a deodorization device.

Preferably, the sawdust is a mushroom medium sawdust, and the moisture content of the mixed material of sawdust containing waste vinyl and aerobic microorganisms is 65-70%.

The organic material removal system for waste vinyl recycling according to the present invention puts waste vinyl containing organic matter and foreign substances selected in the process of food waste into a high-speed fermenter together with mushroom medium sawdust containing aerobic microorganisms to blow air into the fermenter with a blower. Since it is stirred while blowing, air is supplied between the laminated vinyls, and is evenly fermented and then discharged, and is configured to separate into vinyl and compost in a sorter. After the separation, the organics are removed and the moisture and odor-removed vinyl is packaged in a ton bag and used as a fuel for renewable energy. Therefore, the non-degradable vinyls selected during the food recycling process are processed at a lower cost than when reclaimed or incinerated. Of course, it can be reused as fuel, and compost is packaged in a separate tone bag, and is very useful as an organic fertilizer. Therefore, it can be recycled as an energy resource, while significantly reducing environmental pollution and social costs that occur when landfilling or incineration of waste vinyl with organic materials selected in the process of food resource recycling.

This organic matter removal system collects waste vinyl separated from food waste and decomposes organic matter through a fermentation process by aerobic microorganisms in a fermentation tank, and waste vinyl is a solid refuse fuel (SRF) power plant for use as fuel for renewable energy. And it is a technology that can reduce the burden of environmental pollution due to landfill or incineration and supply economical effects on waste disposal because it supplies fuel as a heat source for cement kilns and composts organic matter.

The waste vinyl storage hopper 10 is a device that stores waste vinyl selected in the process of disposing of food waste and discharges a certain amount of it. The waste vinyl selected from food waste contains moisture and organic matter. A screw conveyor is provided at the bottom of the waste vinyl storage hopper 10 to discharge a certain amount of waste vinyl, and the waste vinyl discharged from the hopper is dropped on the first discharge conveyor 11 installed at the bottom of the hopper to transport the conveyor. After being transported on board, it is supplied to the mixer 20.

The sawdust storage hopper 15 is a device that stores sawdust and then discharges a certain amount of sawdust through a screw conveyor installed at the bottom of the hopper. It is preferable to use sawdust, which is a mushroom badge after growing mushrooms. Mushroom badge sawdust contains a large amount of aerobic microorganisms, so it not only allows fermentation to occur quickly, but also does not require inoculation of a separate microorganism for fermentation, and mushroom badge sawdust contains about 70% moisture. The waste vinyl discharged from the hopper is dropped on the second discharge conveyor 16 installed at the bottom of the hopper and is fed to the mixer 20 after being transported on a conveyor.

판상(板狀)의 패들은 약간 경사지도록 부착되어 있기 때문에 각 회전축이 회전하면 패들에 의해 폐비닐과 톱밥이 섞이면서 배출구(22) 쪽으로 자연스럽게 이동하게 된다(도 2, 3 참조).The mixer 20 is a device for mixing the waste vinyl discharged from the waste vinyl storage hopper 10 and transferred and sawdust discharged from the sawdust storage hopper 15 and mixed while stirring. The inlet 21 is provided on the upper side of one side of the housing of the mixer 20, and the outlet 22 is provided on the lower side opposite to the inlet 21, and the first and the inside of the mixer are rotated in opposite directions. The second rotating shafts 23 and 24 are spaced apart, and paddles are attached to each rotating shaft at regular intervals, and the paddles attached to each rotating shaft are alternately arranged, so that each rotating shaft rotates and the waste vinyl does not collide with each other. And sawdust are mixed, and at this time, the waste vinyl is torn apart by stirring with a paddle, so that the organic matter buried in the waste vinyl is easily separated. Since the paddles of the plate shape are attached to be inclined slightly, when each rotation axis rotates, waste vinyl and sawdust are mixed by the paddles and naturally move toward the outlet 22 (see FIGS. 2 and 3).

The fermenter 30 is a facility for fermenting a material in which sawdust containing waste vinyl and aerobic microorganisms is stirred in the fermentation tank 31, and the large cylindrical fermentation tank 31 centers on a rotation axis vertically installed along the center. As the multi-layered blade rotates, the material inside the fermentation tank 31 is fermented while stirring, and the air supply blower 32 is supplied to the fermentation tank 31 to supply air (oxygen) required for fermentation. It is installed in the lower portion, and supplies air through a rotating shaft and a blade installed inside the fermentation tank 31. In addition, since the blades installed in multiple layers continuously stir the waste vinyl and sawdust while blowing air into the fermentation tank 31 with the air supply blower 32, air is supplied between the stacked waste vinyl to be evenly fermented and then discharged. Such fermenters are widely used, and in the present invention, a detailed description is omitted because the fermenter itself is not a constitutional feature.

In addition, in order to quickly ferment sawdust, it is preferable to set the water content of the material mixed with waste vinyl and aerobic microorganisms to 65-70%, and waste vinyl is produced by paddle inside the housing of the mixer 20. It is easy to separate the organic matter buried in the waste vinyl because it is torn while stirring, and the separated organic matter is mixed with sawdust containing a large amount of aerobic microorganisms and fermentation proceeds vigorously to compost.

It is preferable to further install a deodorizing device 34 for treating odor and air contained in the wet steam collected in the fermenter 31 because the wet steam is continuously generated during fermentation inside the fermenter 31. (31) and the odor and air collected from the waste vinyl storage hopper 10 are sucked by the blower 341 and blown through the deodorizing duct to the deodorizing device 34. The condensate tank 345 located at the bottom of the main body 343 of the deodorizer is filled with condensed water condensed with water vapor (wet steam) generated in the fermentation tank 31 and the waste vinyl storage hopper 10, and a carrier is provided at the top of the condensate tank 345 (Also referred to as'polling' or'packing' in the field, referred to as'carrier' in this specification) 342 and demister 344 are sequentially charged at regular intervals. Such a deodorizer is a device widely used.

The material mixed with waste vinyl and sawdust discharged from the outlet 22 of the mixer 20 is introduced into the first air pressure transport device 25, and a blower (not shown) is provided below the first air pressure transport device 25. Is installed so that the material introduced into the first air pressure transfer device 25 is sucked and transferred to the fermentation tank 31, the material to be fermented is put into the fermentation tank 31 through a pipe, and the second air pressure transfer device 35 A blower (not shown) is also installed at the bottom, so that the material discharged from the fermentation tank 31 is transferred to the sorter 40 through the pipe through the second air pressure transfer device 35.

The sorter 40 is a device that classifies materials discharged after fermentation in the fermenter 31 into vinyl and compost, and shows a Trommel screen sorter as the sorter 40 (see FIG. 4). The trommel screen is manufactured to be inclined by manufacturing a strainer 42 formed in a lattice shape around the rotating shaft 41 in a cylindrical shape, and then installing a hopper 43 at an entrance located at a higher side, and waste vinyl and sawdust. When the mixed and fermented material is put into the hopper 43 and the driving force of the motor 44 is transmitted to the rotating shaft 41 to rotate the cylindrical strainer at a constant speed, the compost fermented with sawdust and organic matter is in a lattice shape. It passes through the eyes of the formed manure net 42 and is separated by a compost chute 45, and the waste vinyl does not pass through the eyes of the manure net, so it flows along the slope inside the manure net and is discharged to the outlet and piped. It is collected through the vinyl storage unit 50 through.

The vinyl storage unit 50 is a device that collects and discharges waste vinyl that is sorted by the sorter 40 and blown by the wind blown from a blower (not shown) and transported in a state in which organic matter is removed. The cyclone 51 , A vinyl transport conveyor 52, a filter 53, a first tone bag 54, and the like. The inlet of the cyclone 51 is equipped with a blower (not shown) that generates a negative pressure, so that the vinyl fragments blown by the wind and the lighter inhaled material (foreign matter and dust) are sucked and supplied into the cyclone 51.

Light foreign matter, such as waste vinyl sucked into the cyclone 51, turns from the cyclone 51 and then falls to the bottom, falls to the first tone bag 54 by the vinyl transport conveyor 52, and is placed on the top of the cyclone 51. Located filter 53 is connected to the cyclone 51 and the duct is dust contained in the dust is removed from the filter 53 and the air is discharged to the atmosphere. The vinyl transport conveyor 52 serves to seal the outlet formed at the bottom of the cyclone 51 and transports waste vinyl discharged to the outlet, and it is preferable to use a screw conveyor. In addition, the waste vinyl transported by the vinyl transport conveyor 52 may be injected directly into the first tone bag 54 from the end, but the vinyl transport conveyor horizontally installed under the cyclone 51 ( The screw conveyor 521 may be installed vertically at the end of the 52 to allow the waste vinyl to be injected into the first tone bag 54 by the screw conveyor 521. ). Synthetic resin such as waste vinyl recovered in the first tone bag 54 is recycled as fuel for the production of renewable energy.

The compost storage hopper 55 is a device for sorting and storing the compost transported through the pipes after being sorted by the sorter 40, and a screw conveyor is installed at the bottom of the hopper, and organic matter and mushroom badge sawdust buried in waste vinyl As the organic compost made by fermenting the mixture is discharged through a screw conveyor, it is packaged in a second tone bag 56 and shipped to a customer.
