Claims (25)
- 신발류용 바깥창(outsole)을 몰딩하는 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법으로서,
제1 자유 라디칼 경화성 엘라스토머와 제1 자유 라디칼 개시제를 포함하는 제1 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물의 제1 부분과, 제2 자유 라디칼 경화성 엘라스토머와 제2 자유 라디칼 개시제를 포함하는 제2 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물의 제2 부분을 마련하는 단계로서, 제1 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물은 제2 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물과 상이하고, 제1 자유 라디칼 경화성 엘라스토머와 제2 자유 라디칼 경화성 엘라스토머는 폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 코폴리머, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 코폴리머, 부타디엔-프로필렌 코폴리머, 부타디엔-에틸렌 코폴리머, 부타디엔-이소프렌 코폴리머, 이소부틸렌-이소프렌 코폴리머, 브롬화 이소부틸렌-이소프렌 코폴리머, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 코폴리머, 이소프렌-이소부틸렌 코폴리머, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 코폴리머, 에틸렌-프로필렌 코폴리머, 염소화 및 클로로술폰화 폴리에틸렌, 플루오로카본 엘라스토머 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 것인 단계;
제1 부분을 제1 온도(T1)인 몰드의 몰드 공동에 삽입하는 단계로서, T1은 제1 엘라스토머의 유리 전이 온도보다 높고, 제1 자유 라디칼 개시제는 T1에서 적어도 10분의 반감기를 갖는 것인 단계;
제1 부분을 가열 및 몰딩하여 몰드 공동의 제1 영역을 충전하는 단계로서, 제1 온도(T1)는, T1에서 몰딩된 제1 열경화성 엘라스토머가 완전 경화에서 얻어지는 총 토크 증가의 10% 미만으로 토크가 증가되도록 선택되는 것인 단계;
제2 부분을 제1 온도(T1)인 몰드 공동 내로 삽입하는 단계;
몰드를 폐쇄하는 단계;
제1 및 제2 부분을 제2 온도(T2)로 가열하도록 몰드를 가열하여 제1 및 제2 부분을 경화하는 단계; 및
몰드를 개방하고, 신발류용 바깥창을 제거하는 단계
를 포함하고, T1에서 또는 몰드를 T2로 가열하는 동안이나 그 후에 제2 부분이 가열 및 몰딩되어 몰드 공동의 제2 영역을 충전하며, 제1 자유 라디칼 개시제와 제2 자유 라디칼 개시제는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 동일하다면 그 개시제가 또는 상이하다면 각각의 개시제가 독립적으로 T2에서 최대 1분의 반감기를 갖는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 몰드를 T2로 가열하는 단계는 2 내지 5초 동안 유지되는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 부분에 의해 충전되는 몰드 공동의 제2 영역은 적어도 부분적으로, 제1 부분에 의해 충전되는 몰드 공동의 제1 영역 위에 놓이는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제2 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물의 제2 부분을 몰드 공동에 삽입하기 전에, 몰드 공동에서 제1 부분에 의해 충전되는 몰드 공동의 제1 영역의 적어도 일부 위에 선택적으로 보강 직물을 삽입하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 제2 부분에 의해 충전되는 몰드 공동의 제2 영역은 적어도 부분적으로 보강 직물 위에 놓이는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2 부분에 의해 충전되는 몰드 공동의 제2 영역은 제1 부분에 의해 충전되는 몰드 공동의 제1 영역과 접하는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 부분은, 몰드를 가열하기 전에 몰드 공동의 제2 영역을 충전하도록 가열 및 몰딩되고, 제2 자유 라디칼 개시제는 T1에서 적어도 10분의 반감기를 갖는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 몰드는 제1 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물과 제2 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물을 제2 온도(T2)로 가열하기 위해, 유도 가열에 의해 가열되는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 자유 라디칼 개시제는 T1에서 적어도 20분의 반감기를 갖는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 자유 라디칼 개시제와 제2 자유 라디칼 개시제는 각각 T2에서 20초 이하의 반감기를 갖는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 자유 라디칼 개시제와 제2 자유 라디칼 개시제는 동일한 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 부분이 삽입되는 제1 영역은 오버플로우 댐(overflow dam)을 갖고, 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법은 제2 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물의 부분을 삽입하기 전에 제1 영역의 오버플로우 댐으로부터 제1 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물의 오버플로우를 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 몰드를 가열하기 전에 몰드 공동의 제2 영역을 충전하도록 제2 부분을 가열 및 몰딩하고, 몰드를 제2 온도(T2)로 가열하기 전에 제2 부분의 오버플로우 댐으로부터 제2 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물의 오버플로우를 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 제2 자유 라디칼 개시제는 T1에서 적어도 10분의 반감기를 갖는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제1 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물과 제2 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물 간의 차이는 적어도 색소에서의 차이를 포함하는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제1 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물과 제2 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물 간의 차이는 적어도 엘라스토머 폴리머의 타입 또는 양에서의 차이를 포함하는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1 부분과 제2 부분 각각은 독립적으로 1 mm 내지 4 mm 두께인 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,
제3 자유 라디칼 경화성 엘라스토머 및 제3 자유 라디칼 개시제를 포함하는 제3 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물을 마련하는 단계로서, 제3 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물은 제2 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물과 상이한 것인 단계; 및
제2 부분의 오버플로우 댐으로부터 제2 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물의 오버 플로우를 제거한 후, 몰드를 폐쇄하고 몰드를 가열하여 제1 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물, 제2 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물 및 제3 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물을 T2로 가열하고, 제1 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물, 제2 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물 및 제3 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물을 경화시키기 전에, 제3 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물의 제3 부분을 제1 온도(T1)인 몰드 공동에 삽입하는 단계
를 더 포함하고, 몰드를 가열하기 전 또는 몰드를 가열하는 동안에 몰드 공동의 제3 영역을 충전하도록 제3 부분을 가열 및 몰딩하며, 제3 자유 라디칼 개시제는 T2에서 1분 미만의 반감기를 갖는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법. - 제16항에 있어서, 제3 부분에 의해 충전되는 몰드 공동의 제3 영역은 적어도 부분적으로, 제1 부분에 의해 충전되는 몰드 공동의 제1 영역과 제2 부분에 의해 충전되는 몰드 공동의 제2 영역 중 적어도 하나 위에 놓이거나 접하는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 제1 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물과 제3 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물 간의 차이는 적어도 색소에서의 차이 또는 엘라스토머 폴리머의 타입 또는 양에서의 차이를 포함하는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 제1 부분, 제2 부분 및 제3 부분(사용되는 경우) 각각은 1 mm 내지 4 mm 두께이고, 제1 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물과 제2 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물 및 제3 열경화성 엘라스토머 조성물(사용되는 경우) 각각 간의 차이는 색소에서의 차이를 포함하는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 제3 영역(존재하는 경우)은 적어도 부분적으로 제2 영역 위에 놓이고, 제2 영역은 적어도 부분적으로 제1 영역 위에 놓이는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 제1 영역과 제2 영역 중 어느 하나는 제1 영역과 제2 영역 중 다른 하나보다 큰 내마모성 또는 양호한 습윤 정지 마찰력을 갖는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 제1 영역이 보다 큰 내마모성 또는 보다 양호한 습윤 정지 마찰력을 갖고, 제2 영역은 제1 영역 위에 놓이는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 신발류용 바깥창을 몰드에서 제거한 후, 대류 냉각 또는 켄칭(quenching)에 의해 몰드를 T1으로 다시 냉각하는 것인 신발류용 바깥창 몰딩 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법에 의해 형성된 신발류용 바깥창.
