상기 하이패스단말기(110)를 등록하는데 필요한 사용자 개인정보, 차량정보 및 단말기제조번호를 입력하기 위한 웹페이지를 제공하고, 상기 웹페이지에는 단말등록요청버튼이 포함되며, 상기 단말기정상발급 확인정보를 전송받아 해당 하이패스단말기(110)를 등록처리하는 등록관리서버(120); 및
상기 등록관리서버(120)에서 제공되는 웹페이지에 접속하여 각종 데이터를 입력할 수 있도록 하는 웹접속부(131)와, 사용자의 개인정보 및 차량정보를 문자입력하기 위한 키패드(132)와, 상기 단말NFC모듈(113)과 NFC통신방식으로 신호연결되는 모바일NFC모듈(133) 및, 상기 하이패스단말기(110)에 요청하여 모바일NFC모듈(133)을 통해 수신된 단말기제조번호를 웹페이지에 자동입력하고 사용자에 의해 단말등록요청버튼이 선택되면 상기 하이패스단말기(110)로부터 단말기정상발급 확인정보를 수신하여 등록관리서버(120)로 전송하도록 제어하는 모바일제어부(134)를 포함하는 모바일(130);을 포함하되,
