Claims (3)
- 오존 발생기(100)와;
상기 오존 발생기(100)에서 발생된 오존과 처리 가스를 혼합하는 혼합기(200)와;
상기 혼합기(200)의 후단에 설치되어 상기 혼합기(200)에서 혼합된 오존과 처리 가스를 강제 송풍하는 송풍기(300)와;
유입구(411)와 배기구(412)를 갖는 본체(410)와, 상기 본체(410)에 내장되고, 유입구(411) 측에 배치되는 필터유닛(420)으로 구성되되, 상기 필터유닛(420)은 본체(410) 내부에 제1필터(421)-플라즈마처리기(422)-제2필터(423)가 순차로 조립된 구조를 가지며; 상기 제1필터(421)는 스크린필터이고, 상기 제2필터(423)는 공극막 필터로서 상기 제1필터(421)-플라즈마처리기(422)-제2필터(423)는 모듈화되어 있는 플라즈마처리수단(400)과;
상기 본체(410) 내에 배출구 측에 설치되는 벌집 구조의 광촉매층(500)을 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 제2필터(423)에 채워져 공극을 형성하는 공극형성볼은 글리콜-2-에틸헥사놀 2.5중량%와, 올레익애씨드 2.5중량%와, 디메틸폴리실록산 4.5중량%와, 올레아미드 2.5중량%와, 이소퀴놀린 알칼로이드 8.5중량%와, 에레몰 7중량%와, 반코마이신 2.5중량%와, 글루타릴콘센트레이스 2.5중량%와, 전도성 카본블랙 2.5중량% 및 나머지 폴리우레탄수지로 조성된 수지조성물을 구형상으로 성형하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 공기정화 살균 탈취기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오존발생기(100)는 세라믹 재질로 이루어지고,
상기 플라즈마처리기(422)는 상기 본체 내에 서로 마주보도록 이격되게 설치되되 전원이 공급되도록 전기적으로 연결 설치되며 서로 마주보는 아크 접촉면(422b)을 제외한 나머지 부분에 광촉매가 코팅된 한쌍의 전극판(422a)과, 상기 전극판의 하단부에 결합되어 외부의 아크 전원 단자와 연결되는 구리봉(422c)과, 상기 본체에 설치되고 플라스틱이나 세라믹으로 구성되며 상기 구리봉이 좌우 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되어, 상기 전극판의 간격을 조정할 수 있게 구성되는 연결피팅(422d)으로 구성되며,
상기 전극판(422a)의 하단에는 상기 본체(410)의 내부로 수분을 공급하여 OH 라디칼을 증가시킬수 있도록 가습기(600)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 공기정화 살균 탈취기.
