Claims (8)
- 오염된 공기를 흡입하여 배출구 쪽으로 지속적으로 이송시키면서 공기를 정화시키는 방법에 있어서, 천정에 설치된 덕트의 일부분에 공기 정화 장치(1)를 장착하되, 스트로우(straw) 조각 또는 세라믹 비드(Bid)(33)가 충진된 유입공기 전처리부(3)로 오염된 공기를 통과시켜 와류 현상을 일으킴과 동시에, 오염된 공기에 함유된 유해 성분을 분쇄시키는 전처리 단계; 전처리 단계를 거친 오염된 공기 중에 촉매 활성화 물질을 분사시켜 투입하는 단계; 제1정화부(5)의 촉매 혼합물(52)에 의해서 분해되면서 유입되는 공기 중의 각종 유기물을 포함한 유해물질을 제거하는 제1 정화 단계; 1차로 정화된 공기를 제2정화부(6)로 통과시키므로서 전극에 설치된 촉매혼합물성형체의 촉매혼합물이 분해되면서 갖는 높은 유기물 분해능 및 집진능으로 인하여 1차로 정화된 공기 중에서 분해가 되지 않은 유기물을 분해하여 제거함과 동시에, 공기 중의 각종 미세한 분진들을 집진하여 정화하는 제2 정화 단계; 제3정화부(7)의 촉매 혼합물에 의해서 분해되면서 2차 정화된 공기 중의 잔존 유해물질을 제거하는 제3 정화 단계; 및 스트로우(straw) 조각 또는 세라믹 비드(Bid)(82)가 충진된 정화된 공기의 후처리부(8)로 3차 정화된 공기를 통과시켜 와류 현상을 일으킴과 동시에, 정화된 공기에 함유된 유해 가스 성분을 제거하는 후처리 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공기 정화 장치(1)는 팬이 실내측에 위치되도록 배치하여외부에서 유입되는 공기가 정화되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공기 정화 장치(1)는 팬이 실외측에 위치되도록 배치하여 내부에서 배출되는 공기가 정화되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매 활성화 물질은 요오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제1정화부(5)는 망체(51)와 절연재(55)에 의하여 형성된 격실에 촉매 혼합물(52)이 충진되어 있고, 전극(53a, 53b)이 삽설되어 있으며, 전극(53a)와 전극(53b) 사이에는 UV램프(54)가 설치된 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제2정화부(6)는 절연재(63)와 금속 망체(64)에 의하여 격실이 형성되고 금속 망체(64)에 서로 대향되게 고압촉매 연결부재(62)에 의하여 고정 연결된 고압 촉매(61)가 설치되어 있는 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제3정화부(7)는 망체(71)와 절연재(74)에 의하여 형성된 격실에 촉매 혼합물(72)이 충진되어 있고, 전극(73a, 73b)이 삽설되어 있는 것을사용함을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매화합물은 탄소 80 ∼ 90중량%, 요오드 5 ∼ 10중량%, 마그네슘 5 ∼ 10중량%로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화 방법.
