Claims (4)
- 유량조정조;
상기 유량조정조의 원수가 유입되는 혐기조;
상기 혐기조를 거친 처리수가 유입되는 SBR 반응조;
상기 SBR 반응조 후단에 구비되어, 상기 SBR 반응조에서 발생된 슬러지를 저장하는 슬러지저류조;
상기 슬러지저류조의 슬러지 중 일부가 유입되고, 유입된 슬러지에 미생물을 배양하는 배양조;
상기 유량조정조에서 발생하는 악취가스를 포집하는 악취포집부와, 포집된 악취가스를 저장하는 챔버와, 챔버에 저장된 악취가스를 상기 배양조 내로 분사하도록, 상기 배양조 내에 구비되는 산기관을 포함하는 탈취수단;
을 포함하여 이루어져,
상기 배양조 내에서 슬러지에 악취가스를 접촉시켜 탈취하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양조를 이용한 탈취시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 배양조에는
미생물 담체가 충진된 바이오리액터가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양조를 이용한 탈취시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 SBR 반응조는
제1무산소, 제1호기, 제2무산소, 제2호기, 제3무산소, 제3호기, 침전, 배출 및 인발조건에서 운전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양조를 이용한 탈취시스템. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 챔버에는 상기 악취가스를 공급하기 위한 메인파이프가 구비되고,
상기 메인파이프에는 복수의 분기관이 구비되고, 상기 산기관에는 상기 각각의 분기관에 결합되는 연결관이 구비되어,
상기 챔버로부터 공급되는 악취가스가 복수의 산기관으로 분기되어 분사되고,
상기 분기관에는 연결관을 결합하는 경우에만 에어가 새어나오도록 서로 중첩배열되는 제1차단판과 제2차단판을 포함하는 차단부재가 더 구비되며,
상기 제1차단판에는 복수의 제1배출공이 일정간격 이격 구비되고, 상기 제2차단판에는 복수의 제2배출공이 일정간격 이격 구비되며,
상기 제2차단판의 상부에는 상기 분기관 상부로 돌출되는 푸쉬부가 구비되어, 상기 연결관이 결합되면 상기 푸쉬부가 눌려 제2차단판이 하강하여 제1차단판과 동심원 위치가 되도록 배열되고,
상기 제1차단판과 제2차단판이 동심원 위치에 있을 때 상기 제1배출공과 제2배출공이 서로 연통되도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양조를 이용한 탈취시스템.
