Claims (16)
- 햅틱 피드백 생성 방법으로서,
햅틱 효과를 정의하는 복수의 입력 파라미터를 포함하는 햅틱 효과 프리미티브(primitive)를 수신하는 단계 - 상기 입력 파라미터는 입력 주파수 파라미터를 포함하고, 상기 햅틱 효과 프리미티브는 액추에이터에 인가될 때 상기 햅틱 효과를 생성하도록 구성됨 - 와,
센서로부터 입력을 수신하는 단계 - 상기 입력은 시간에 따라 변함 - 와,
상기 입력 주파수 파라미터를 사용함으로써 상기 햅틱 효과 프리미티브로부터 햅틱 효과 신호를 생성하는 단계 - 상기 햅틱 효과 신호는 복수의 출력 파라미터를 포함하고, 상기 출력 파라미터는 출력 주파수 파라미터를 포함하고, 상기 출력 주파수 파라미터는 상기 입력 주파수 파라미터에 있어서의 변화에 기초하여 변경되고, 상기 입력 주파수 파라미터에 있어서의 변화는 상기 시간에 따라 변하는 상기 입력의 함수임 - 와,
상기 햅틱 효과 신호를 상기 햅틱 효과를 생성하기 위해 액추에이터에 인가하는 단계를 포함하는,
햅틱 피드백 생성 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 출력 주파수 파라미터는 상기 햅틱 효과 신호의 주파수인, 햅틱 피드백 생성 방법. - 제2항에 있어서,

상기 출력 파라미터는 출력 크기 파라미터를 더 포함하고, 상기 출력 크기 파라미터는 상기 햅틱 효과 신호의 크기이고, 상기 크기는 물리적으로 영향을 받은 확률적 이벤트 모델링 알고리즘(Physically Inspired Stochastic Event Modeling algorithm)을 이용하여 변경되는, 햅틱 피드백 생성 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 입력은 가속도이고 상기 센서는 가속도계인, 햅틱 피드백 생성 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 입력 파라미터는 입력 지속 기간 파라미터를 더 포함하고,
상기 출력 파라미터는 출력 지속 기간 파라미터를 더 포함하고, 상기 출력 지속 기간 파라미터는 상기 입력 지속 기간 파라미터의 변화에 기초하여 변경되고, 상기 입력 지속 기간 파라미터에서의 변화는 상기 시간에 따라 변하는 상기 입력의 함수인, 햅틱 피드백 생성 방법. - 프로세서에 의해 실행될 때, 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 포함하여 상기 프로세서로 하여금 햅틱 효과를 생성하도록 하는 명령어들이 기억된 컴퓨터 판독가능 매체.
- 햅틱-지원(haptically enabled) 시스템으로서,
프로세서와,
상기 프로세서에 연결되고 명령어를 기억하는 기억 장치와,
상기 프로세서에 연결된 액추에이터와,
상기 프로세서에 연결된 센서를 포함하고,
상기 프로세서는, 복수의 입력 파라미터를 포함하는 햅틱 효과 프리미티브, 및 상기 센서로부터의 입력을 수신함에 응답하여, 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 수행하는, 햅틱 지원 시스템.
