Abstract
Description
도 2a 내지 2f는 각각 본 발명의 합성예 1 내지 6에 따른 [화학식 1] 내지 [화학식 6] 화합물의 1H NMR 스펙트럼 (400 MHz, CDCl3)이다.
도3a 내지 도 3b는 각각 본 발명의 합성예 5에 따른 [화학식 5] 화합물의 13C NMR 스펙트럼 (400 MHz, CDCl3) 및 ESI-MS 스펙트럼이다.
도4a 내지 도 4b는 각각 본 발명의 합성예 6에 따른 [화학식 6] 화합물의 13C NMR 스펙트럼 (400 MHz, CDCl3) 및 ESI-MS 스펙트럼이다.
도 5는 상온에서 수용액(2% DMSO) 중 수-검출 프로브 [3] 내지 [6] (10 μM)의 UV/Vis 흡수 스펙트럼이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 수-검출 프로브 [6]에 대한 가수분해 전후 ESI-MS 스펙트럼으로서, (a) [6]의 ESI-MS 스펙트럼이고, (b) 물을 첨가한 후 ESI-MS 스펙트럼이다.
도 7은 상온에서 여러 유기 용매(1% DMSO)에서의 프로브 [6] (10 μM)의 UV/Vis 스펙트럼 및 형광 방출 스펙트럼 (λex = 447 nm)이다.
도 8의 (a)는 상온에서 수용액(2% DMSO) 중 프로브들(10 μM)의 형광 스펙트럼(λex = 402 nm [3]; 456 nm [4]; 456 nm [5]; 447 nm [6])이고, (b)는 증류수 중에서 [4] 및 [6]의 가수분해에 대한 ln(499,2 I 544- 544,2 I 499) vs. 시간이며, (c)는 여러 버퍼 용액 중 [4] 및 [6]의 가수분해에 대한 속도 상수의 pH 의존을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 9는 본 발명에 따른 [4] 및 [6] 프로브의 결정구조((a) [4]; (b) [6])이다.
도 10은 산성, 중성 및 염기성 용액에서 본 발명에 따른 [4] (a) 및 [6] (b)의 가수 분해에 대한 에너지 프로파일이다(에너지는 kcal / mol 단위로 표시).
도 11의 (a) 0-10% (v/v)의 범위로 물 함량이 증가함에 따른 DMSO 중 [6]의 536 nm에서의 형광 강도를 기록한 그래프이고, (b)는 1.0% v/v 이하 범위의 선형 그래프(λex = 459 nm, 평형 800s 후 기록된 데이터)이다.
