Description
The present invention relates to a polyamide / polyester segmented micro-yarn having excellent dye fastness, and a method of fabricating the same using the same. The present invention relates to a polyamide / polyester segmented micro-yarn having improved strength and dye fastness by improving the dyeability of a polyester forming split micro- The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a fabric.
The sales and production volumes of polyamide / polyester microfibers, which have been favored as the most popular items in the synthetic textile market for decades, have been declining in recent years.
As for the use of the microfibers, the trench coat, the jacket, and the baguette are widely used for the garment, and the semiconductor and the life-saving are widely used for the semiconductor cleaner, the wiping cloth, the sofa and the general merchandise. .
The reason for the decrease in the demand of the micro-split microfiber is remarkable in the emotional tactile sense, but in the dyeing portion where the color is emphasized, the fastness is very poor.
In general, the fastness of synthetic fabric requires an excellent fastness of 4 to 5 grade, but a poor fastness of 2 to 3 grade when using split microfiber.
This is because when the disperse dye is used to dye the split microfiber yarn, the polyamide does not form a perfect dyeing on the disperse dye, so that the dye is contaminated and when the dye is exposed to washing or sunlight, the contaminated dye particles are pulled out and the fastness is lowered .
In order to solve this problem, a dyeing method using a disperse dye and an acid dye is also used, but it has not been commercialized as a disadvantage that the production cost becomes high and the production amount drops sharply.
In addition, the divided microfiber yarn is made by immersing the polyamide and the polyester in an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide to divide the polyamide and the polyester to separate the polyamide and the polyester by melting the polyester. However, the polyester in which a part is melted by the aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide, There is a problem that strength is lowered when it is formed into a fabric.
Korean Patent Publication No. 2007-0056222 discloses a splittable splittable conjugate fiber prepared by adding a liquid coloring agent containing a pigment or dye to both one component of a polyamide and either of a polyamide and a polyester, But it has a problem that the color fastness is high, the production cost is high, the color is limited, and the practicality is low.
Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2006-0078212 relates to a polyester / polyamide splittable conjugate yarn and a process for producing the same, and relates to a polyester / polyamide splittable conjugate yarn and a process for producing the same, wherein the cyclohexane 1,4-dimethanol is polymerized in an amount of 1 to 10 mol% The polyester / polyamide splitting composite yarn formed of a polyester polymer and a polyamide polymer has an improved carding property but has a problem of lowering the fastness.
Therefore, there is a demand for a microfibers which have excellent dye fastness and excellent physical properties of polyamide / polyester segmented microspheres.
