Description
The present invention relates to a method of winding a film sheet using a winding core, and more particularly, to a method of winding a film sheet using a winding core, which is capable of preventing a pressing mark And a method of winding a film sheet using the winding core.
In general, products such as tributaries and interior sheets (hereinafter, referred to as 'film sheets') are generally packaged in such a manner that they are wound on the outer circumferential surface of the winding core as they are formed to have a length of tens of meters or more.
This winding core has been disclosed in the prior art No. 10-2002-0085834 (entitled " roll product and winding method thereof "). Such a conventional winding core is a roll product formed by winding a long strip-shaped sheet or film around a core, and has a structure formed by curving a flat plate made of a material capable of expanding into a flat plate after using a core.
However, such conventional winding is formed in a flat shape on the outer circumferential surface thereof, and a pressing mark is generated on the film which is continuously wound on the upper portion due to the thickness of the film at the time of film winding. Since the film formed with such a pressing mark has no commercial value, most of the film having a predetermined length including the tip portion is discarded.
Therefore, there is a demand for a winding method capable of eliminating a film pressing mark according to the thickness of the leading end of the film when the film is wound.
Disclosure of the Invention The present invention has been conceived to solve the above-described problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a film sheet which is wound on a winding core by cutting the leading end of the film sheet downwardly obliquely downwardly when viewed from the side, And a method of winding a film sheet using the winding core so as to prevent a pressing mark from being generated in the film sheet.
A method of winding a film sheet using a winding core of the present invention for realizing the above object comprises the steps of: providing a winding core with a length capable of accommodating a width of a film sheet to be wound; Cutting the leading end of the film sheet downwardly obliquely when viewed from the side; And winding the tip of the film sheet cut with the oblique line to the outer circumferential surface of the winding core.
In this case, the winding core may be formed of any one of polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), paper, fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) And is formed of a material.
The cut surface at the tip of the film sheet is formed at an angle of 1 to 45 degrees with respect to the bottom surface of the film sheet.
Further, the film sheet may further include a fixing step of attaching the film sheet to the winding core via a tape having a length enough to cover the leading end of the film sheet.
And interposing a thin paper thinner than the thickness of the film sheet between the leading end of the film sheet and the film sheet to be rewound on the upper surface thereof when the film sheet is wound.
Further, the leading end of the film sheet is characterized by being cut obliquely when viewed in plan view.
Further, the leading end of the film sheet is a shape formed by cutting a diagonal line from both sides to a central portion when viewed in a plan view, and forming a vertex at a central portion.
Further, the leading end of the film sheet is characterized by being formed in such a manner that a central portion of the film sheet is protruded in a rounded shape when viewed in plan view.
According to the present invention as described above, when the leading end of the film sheet wound on the winding core is cut obliquely downwardly obliquely when viewed from the side, or between the leading end of the film sheet and the film sheet wound on the upper surface thereof There is an advantage that a pressing mark due to its own weight or winding pressure can be minimized by attaching a tape or opening a paper.

In the drawings, the same reference numerals as in the drawings denote the same elements in the drawings, unless they are indicated on other drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a state in which a film sheet according to the present invention is wound around a winding core, FIG. 2 is a side sectional view showing a state in which the tip of the film sheet according to the present invention is cut obliquely, In which the film sheet is wound around the outer circumferential surface of the winding core.
1, a method of winding a film sheet using a winding core according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a step of providing a
The present invention will be described in more detail as follows.
The winding
At this time, the thickness of the winding
3 and 4, the
In this case, it is preferable that the
In other words, the angle [theta] of the
6, when the
7, when the
In this case, the
Referring to FIG. 8, the tip of the
In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, the tip of the
In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the leading end of the
The method of winding a film sheet using the winding core according to the present invention having the above-described structure is such that the
