Abstract
Description
도 2는 개의 정소 내에서 개의 미분화 정원세포 표지인자인 PGP9.5 단백질과 본 발명의 DAZL 단백질의 발현 양상을 발달 단계별(1, 2, 4, 7개월령)로 나타낸 도이다.
도 3는 정자형성과정에 있어서 발달단계별 표지인자로 알려진 SCP3, C-kit, Acrosin 단백질의 개 정소 내에서의 발현 양상을 발달 단계별(1, 2, 4, 7개월령)로 나타낸 도이다.
도 4는 성숙한 개 정소에서의 PGP9.5, DAZL, SCP3, C-kit, Acrosin 의 발현을 형광면역염색 후 공초점 현미경으로 관찰하여 나타낸 도이다.
Claims (5)
- DAZL 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체 및 C-kit 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 포함하는 4개월령 이전의 개 정소에서 유래한 개 정원줄기세포의 확인 및 동정용 키트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 키트는 PGP9.5, SCP3 및 Acrosin으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 키트.
- DAZL 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체 및 C-kit 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 포함하는 표지물질을 개 정소세포에 표지하여 개의 정원줄기세포를 확인 및 동정하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 정원줄기세포는 4개월령 이전의 개 정소에서 유래한 정원줄기세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 개의 정원줄기세포는 개의 정소 내 정원줄기세포 또는 체외 배양된 개의 정원줄기세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 방법은 하기의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:
(a) 생후 4개월령 이전의 개의 정소를 수득하는 단계;
(b) 상기 수득된 정소 조직에서 정소세포를 분리하는 단계;
(c) 상기 분리된 정소세포를 배양하는 단계; 및
(d) 상기 배양된 정소세포에 DAZL 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체 및 C-kit 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 항체를 이용하여 정원줄기세포를 확인 및 동정하는 단계.
