Abstract
Description
도 2는 실시예 1에 따른 큐빅 백금 담지 촉매의 X선 회절(XRD)을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3, 4 및 5는 각각 실시예 2, 실시예 3 및 실시예 4에 따른 큐빅 백금 담지 촉매의 TEM 사진을 나타낸 것이다.
도 6은는 실시예 7(A)및 비교예 2(B)에 따른 큐빅 백금 담지 촉매의 TEM 사진을 나타낸 것이다.
도 7 및 8은 실시예 1, 비교예 1 및 비교예 2의 전기화학적 특성을 그래프로 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (11)
- 백금 전구체, 폴리올 화합물 및 지지체로 이루어진 인시츄 조성물 제조단계,
상기 조성물을 교반하면서 가열하는 환원 열처리 단계 및
환원 열처리된 조성물을 급랭하는 단계
를 포함하여 제조되는 큐빅 형상의 백금 촉매가 지지체에 담지된 큐빅 백금 담지 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 급랭은 -200℃/분 내지 -30℃/분의 냉각속도로 냉각시키는 것인 큐빅 백금 담지 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가열은 120℃ 내지 220℃의 온도범위에서 실시하는 것인 큐빅 백금 담지 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가열은 가열된 열중탕에 상기 조성물을 담은 용기를 투입하여 실시하는 것인 큐빅 백금 담지 촉매의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 백금 전구체는 폴리올 화합물 1ml 기준으로 0.1mg 내지 10mg의 비로 혼합되는 것인 큐빅 백금 담지 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지체는 카본블랙, 케첸블랙, 아세틸렌 블랙, 활성 탄소 분말, 탄소나노튜브, 탄소나노와이어, 탄소나노섬유, 탄소나노혼 및 플러렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 큐빅 백금 담지 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 백금 전구체는 백금 클로라이드, 백금 아세틸아세토네이트, 백금 테트라아민나이트레이트, 백금 디아민나이트레이트, 백금 옥살레이트 및 백금 나이트레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 큐빅 백금 담지 촉매의 제조방법.
