도 2는 실시예 1의 폐기물 매립시설용 복토재의 유기이물질함유량 및 무기이물질함유량을 측정한 품질검사성적서이다.
도 3 및 도 4는 실시예 2의 폐기물 매립시설용 복토재에 대해 토양오염공정시험기준(2017)으로 측정한 Test Report이다.

Claims (5)
- 함수율이 다른 유기성 오니를 혼합하여 고함수율 유기성 오니를 만드는 단계(단계 1);
상기 고함수율 유기성 오니에 저함수율 유기성 오니 및 폐촉매를 혼합하여 혼합물을 만드는 단계(단계 2);
상기 혼합물 100중량부에 고화제 15~25중량부를 혼합하여 고화처리물을 만드는 단계(단계 3); 및
상기 고화처리물을 양생하여 폐기물 매립사솔용 복토재를 만드는 단계(단계 4);
를 포함하되,
상기 단계 1은 함수율이 다른 유기성 오니를 굴삭기를 이용하여 혼합하여 함수율 70~85중량%의 유기성 오니를 만들며,
상기 단계 3에서 상기 고화제는,
산화칼슘 함량이 35~70중량%인 제지슬러지소각재 100중량부에 산화칼슘 함량이 40~80중량%인 고칼슘슬래그분진 10~20중량부, 황산알루미늄 5~10중량부, 바이오매스연소재 5~10중량부, 석탄연소재 5~10중량부, 규사분말 5~10중량부, 나트륨장석 5~10중량부, 실리카겔 10~20중량부 및 파라핀 1~5중량부를 포함하는,
유기성 오니를 이용한 폐기물 매립시설용 복토재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 단계 2는 상기 고함수율 유기성 오니 65~75중량%, 저함수율 유기성 오니 15~25중량% 및 폐촉매 5~15중량%를 혼합하여 혼합물을 만드는,
유기성 오니를 이용한 폐기물 매립시설용 복토재의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 저함수율 유기성 오니는 함수율 10중량%의 유기성 오니를 사용하는,
유기성 오니를 이용한 폐기물 매립시설용 복토재의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 단계 3 이후에, 상기 고화처리물 100중량부에 탈취제 5~15중량부를 혼합하는 단계가 추가되되,
상기 탈취제는 정수슬러지 100중량부에 인산 20~30중량부, 맥반석 10~20중량부, 제올라이트 10~20중량부, 목초액 10~20중량부, 광합성세균 1~5중량부, 유산균 1~5중량부, 효모균 1~5중량부, 방선균 1~5중량부, 알카로이드 1~5중량부, 알리신 1~5중량부, 주석산 1~5중량부, 리큐리친 1~5중량부 및 변성전분 5~10중량부를 포함하는,
