The present invention provides a printing material comprising a colored base layer comprising a first polyolefin-based resin, a printed layer provided on the colored base layer, a first adhesive layer provided on the top of the printed layer, An adhesive layer, and a transparent substrate layer provided on the second adhesive layer and including a second polyolefin-based resin.
Description
The present invention relates to a decorative sheet used as a surface finishing material and a method for producing the same.
The decorative sheet, which is one of the surface finishing materials, is a sheet for representing various decorations on a molding material made of wood, furniture, doors and the like.
As the decorative sheet, a sheet made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) having excellent workability and handling property was mainly used. However, the polyvinyl chloride sheet has a problem in that it is not environmentally friendly and harmful to the human body due to the use of a stabilizer containing a heavy metal, a phthalate plasticizer or the like in the production process.
Accordingly, in order to improve the environmental friendliness of the decorative sheet, various sheets have been developed in which a polypropylene material is applied instead of a polyvinyl chloride material. However, sheets made of polypropylene are difficult to produce through heat-pressure (heat lamination) process as a hard adhesive material, and the adhesiveness with a substrate is also poor.
The present invention is to provide a decorative sheet which can be produced through a hot-pressing process and is excellent in adhesion to a substrate and a method for producing the same.
The present invention relates to a color filter comprising a colored base layer comprising a first polyolefin resin, a printing layer provided on the colored base layer, a first adhesive layer provided on the printing layer, 2 adhesive layer, and a transparent substrate layer provided on the second adhesive layer and including a second polyolefin-based resin.
The present invention also provides a method for producing a color filter comprising: forming a printing layer on one side of a colored substrate layer; applying a two-liquid type adhesive composition containing a curing agent on one side of the transparent substrate layer to form a second adhesive layer; And a second adhesive layer formed on the first adhesive layer and the print layer so that the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are opposed to each other; The present invention also provides a method for producing a decorative sheet comprising placing a colored base material layer on which a printing layer is formed and thermo-compressing the colored base material layer.
The present invention can produce a decorative sheet having a high adhesive force (bonding force) between the respective layers, even if the decorative sheet is produced by a hot pressure (heat lamination) process due to the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer. Further, the present invention can exhibit excellent adhesion between a decorative sheet and a substrate (for example, PB (Particle Board) coated with an adhesive or MDP (Medium Density Fiberboard)) due to the second primer layer.

The properties of each composition and decorative sheet were evaluated by the following methods, and the results are shown in Table 2 below.
