Abstract
이에 따라, 유색조절 첨가제를 통해 유색의 근적외선 흡수물질의 백색도를 증가시킬 수 있고, 적정 범위 내의 소성온도를 조절하여 결정성이 우수하고 입자가 미세한 근적외선 흡수물질 결정을 제조할 수 있으므로, 다양한 분야에서 활용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따라 제조된 근적외선 흡수물질의 열 중량 분석(Thermogravimetric analysis, TGA) 그래프이다.

Claims (10)
- 피로인산금속염 수용액 및 구리화합물 수용액을 혼합하고 교반하는 제1단계;
상기 수용액에 유색조절 첨가제인 칼슘 하이포포스파이트(calcium hypophosphite)를 첨가하여 혼합하는 제2단계;
상기 혼합액의 pH를 5.5 내지 7.0으로 조절하고, 상기 혼합액으로부터 백색의 침전물을 분리하는 제3단계; 및
상기 침전물을 400 내지 800℃에서 1 내지 4시간 동안 소성하여 결정화하는 제4단계;를 포함하고,
상기 제3단계에서 피로인산칼슘이 생성되며, 상기 피로인산칼슘이 침전물인 피로인산구리 화합물의 표면에 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유색조절 첨가제를 이용한 백색의 근적외선 흡수물질의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유색조절 첨가제는 아황산페놀을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유색조절 첨가제를 이용한 백색의 근적외선 흡수물질의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유색조절 첨가제의 함량은 상기 구리화합물 대비 0.1 ~ 10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유색조절 첨가제를 이용한 백색의 근적외선 흡수물질의 제조방법. - 삭제

- 피로인산금속염 수용액 및 구리화합물 수용액을 혼합하고, 상기 수용액에 유색조절 첨가제인 칼슘 하이포포스파이트(calcium hypophosphite)를 첨가한 다음 pH를 5.5 내지 7.0으로 조절하여 백색의 침전물을 분리하며, 상기 침전물을 400 내지 800℃에서 1 내지 4시간 동안 소성하여 결정화된 피로인산구리 화합물로 이루어지고,
가시광선 영역에서 백색도가 90 이상이고,
400℃ 이상에서 결정성 구조를 가지며,
상기 결정화된 피로인산구리 화합물의 표면에는 칼슘 하이포포스파이트에 의해 생성된 피로인산칼슘이 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 유색조절 첨가제를 이용한 백색의 근적외선 흡수물질. - 삭제
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 유색조절 첨가제는 아황산페놀을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유색조절 첨가제를 이용한 백색의 근적외선 흡수물질. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 유색조절 첨가제의 함량은 상기 구리화합물 대비 0.1 ~ 10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유색조절 첨가제를 이용한 백색의 근적외선 흡수물질.
