선별된 야관문을 150~200℃에서 로스팅하고 건조하는 단계(단계 1);
상기 단계 1의 야관문을 200~240℃에서 로스팅하고 냉각하는 단계(단계 2);
상기 단계 2의 야관문을 120~150℃에서 로스팅하고 냉각하는 단계(단계 3); 및
상기 단계 3의 야관문을 80~120℃에서 로스팅하고 냉각하는 단계(단계 4);를 포함하여 제조된 야관문을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 황칠, 야관문 및 비트의 혼합은 비트 1 중량부에 황칠 2~3 중량부 및 야관문 2~3 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 숙취해소용 차 조성물.
