Abstract

도로축 기반 불법주차 관리시스템 및 그의 불법주차 관리방법이 제공된다. 카메라부는 산업단지 내의 도로를 촬영하여 촬영 영상을 제공하고, 불법주차 관리서버는 촬영 영상으로부터 도로 중 특정구간에 주정차된 차량의 정보를 생성하고, 생성된 차량의 정보와 교통정보 수집장치로부터 수집된 교통정보를 분석하여 특정구간이 포함된 도로구간의 LOS(Level Of Service)를 산출하며, 특정구간에 불법 주정차 중인 차량에게 주차 경고 메시지를 출력하되 산출된 LOS에 기초하여 상이하게 출력한다.
