The ocean, which is believed to be a report of future social resources, is currently suffering from massive disasters due to marine litter. Simulation also predicts that marine litter inflows will double in 10 years. Recognizing the importance of marine resources and the severity of marine litter, developed countries collect and process marine litter at great expense.
However, in developed countries with low national or economic power, they are leaving their hands because of the cost of marine litter. If this situation persists, the vicious circle of the developed and undeveloped countries will be repeated in the response to the future society.
Plastics, a marine litter floating in the ocean, takes more than 500 years to decompose, so it is foolish to wait for natural decomposition. So many countries that are interested in developed countries or the environment are making various efforts to solve this problem. However, this effort is accompanied by considerable technology and cost, and other countries have been able to afford the technology and the cost, but in Africa and Southeast Asia, poor countries are urged to solve problems to live on.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a device that can raise the self-sustenance of the underdeveloped countries and provide a foundation for the utilization of future marine resources by easily collecting marine litter that must be collected.
The present invention provides a marine garbage collection device having a structure capable of collecting marine garbage naturally by a wave force in a state of being open to the sea.
