Abstract
Description
More particularly, the present invention relates to a cooling / heating device, and more particularly, to a cooling / heating device capable of driving heat or cool air generated through an electric driving type heater or a freezer quickly and efficiently through a heat transfer fluid, To a core-integrated low-power indoor thermostat that can be used as a core.
In an environment with a large temperature difference between seasons, heating is performed in a low temperature period and cooling is performed in a high temperature period. That is, in winter, a heating device typified by a heater and a boiler is operated. In summer, a cooling device represented by an air conditioner is operated. In order to smoothly heat and warm the living and working space,
Since the cooling apparatus and the heating apparatus are generally manufactured as separate apparatuses in accordance with different basic operating principles, they occupy a regular space even when not used. In recent years, there have been developed products that combine these devices into one device. However, due to the high price and low price efficiency, users are not interested.
In such an aspect, in the vehicle air conditioner, the air is heated or cooled in the process of introducing the outside air into the room or circulating the air in the room, so that the inside or outside of the vehicle is heated or cooled by the evaporator for cooling, It is a common practice to supply cooled or heated air to the interior of the vehicle through the blowing fan in a state where the core is separately provided.
That is, an evaporator and a heater core are disposed in order at the inlet side of a case called aka Eva, and a passage for cooling and heating and a temperature control door for controlling the wind direction are provided between the evaporator and the heater core. This allows the evaporator and heater core to be selectively activated in the cooling mode and the heating mode, and the air passing through the evaporator or heater core is supplied to the room by the temperature control door opening the cooling or heating passage.
However, in the conventional automotive air conditioner having such a configuration, the heater core can not be applied to an electric vehicle without an engine because heat exchange is performed through heated cooling water when the engine is operated.
For this purpose, a method of installing a PTC heater (positive temperature coefficient heater), which can instantaneously raise the temperature instantaneously, is installed on the rear side of the cooling core. However, these PTC heaters have a high power consumption of 2000 to 7000 watts, which not only places a considerable burden on the electric power management of electric vehicles which depend on the battery but also increases the surface temperature to 250 to 400 DEG C, Skin, eyes, and mucous membranes.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to improve efficiency by rapidly transferring heat or cool air generated through an electric drive type heater or a freezer to a whole core through natural convection of a heat transfer fluid A single core low temperature indoor thermostat which can utilize a single core for all purposes of cooling and heating.

In addition, the present invention provides a room temperature regulating device including a core and a blowing fan, the room temperature regulating device comprising: a housing accommodating a heat transfer fluid; a plurality of connection tubes connected to the housing side in a lateral direction, A plurality of heat dissipation plates formed between the connection tubes; A heat transfer means installed inside the accommodation portion and heating through the applied electric power to heat the heat transfer fluid; A condenser for liquefying the compressed refrigerant, an expansion valve for expanding the liquefied refrigerant, and an evaporator for cooling the heat transfer fluid through heat exchange between the expanded refrigerant and the inside of the containing portion A cooling part A heat insulating body surrounding the outside of the receiving portion; A controller for separately controlling the blowing fan, the heat transfer means, the compressor, and the expansion valve according to the selected mode and operation signal; .
At this time, the heat transfer means is installed in the lower part of the inside of the housing part, and the evaporator can be installed above the heat transfer means.
In addition, the accommodating portion is provided on both sides of the core, and one of the accommodating portions is provided with a heat transfer means and the other accommodating portion is provided with an evaporator.
The PTC heater may further include a PTC heater installed between the blower fan and the core to generate heat, and the
The heat transfer fluid may be propylene glycol as a main material.
With the present invention, both cooling and heating can be performed with a low power through a single core device for a relatively small indoor space such as a small room, a tent, a vehicle, and the like. Particularly, it is possible to cool or heat the core quickly and efficiently by convection according to the temperature difference without heat transfer fluid forced circulation means such as a pump through differentiation of the position of the heating and cooling means and individual control. The power efficiency can be greatly improved.
In addition, it is possible to use an indirect heat exchange method through a heat transfer fluid filled in the core, instead of the heat exchange means in which the surface temperature is raised to several hundreds of degrees Celsius and the evaporator, which is lowered to several tens of degrees Celsius, It is possible to maximize the heat exchange efficiency by reducing the formation of condensation and erosion on the core surface as well as the drying phenomenon of the core.

FIG. 7 is a block diagram of a cooling and power system according to the present invention. The present invention includes a
The
In the present invention, one side of the
Conventionally, a core for heating and cooling is separately provided, and a pipe for supplying and discharging the heat transfer fluid is connected to one side of the core. By supplying hot water to each core, heat is radiated from the core, And the cool air is emitted from the core by supplying the coolant gas.
However, in this conventional system, a core for heating and cooling is installed on the entire surface of the blowing
In the present invention, a relatively narrow space such as a small room, a tent, or a vehicle can be selectively cooled and heated through electricity. Thus, the pipe for supplying and discharging the heat transfer fluid, the boiler water circulation system By allowing the heat or cold air to be selectively discharged from the
Especially, it is possible to perform effective cooling and heating even in low power without an engine using gasoline, diesel, or gas as in recently developed electric vehicles.
Although a pump can be installed to circulate the heat transfer material as the product can be increased in size, it is possible to install a pump in the outer side of the
The heat transfer means 121 for generating heat or cool air and the
The heat transfer means 121 generates heat through applied electric power to heat the heat transfer fluid inside the
In the embodiment of the present invention, the heat transfer means is constituted by a sheathed heater as an example. The sheath heater is a heater in which a heating wire is embedded in a metal protective pipe in a coil shape and an insulating powder such as magnesium oxide is filled to insulate the heating wire and the protective pipe. The sheath heater is suitable for the present invention.
In the present invention, the sheath heater is installed inside the
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to increase thermal efficiency, it is possible to use a method in which a sheath heater is attached to the outside of the
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various heating means, such as a PTC heater, a ceramic heater, and a Peltier element, which operate electrically, are used in addition to the sheath heater, so that the heating effect of the heat transfer fluid can be similarly observed.
In addition, a structure for efficiently transferring the heat generated in the heat transfer means 121 to the heat transfer fluid inside the
In addition, the heat dissipation fins may be formed in various forms. However, since the heat generated by the heat transfer means is diffused through the heat transfer fluid in the
According to the present invention, in the present invention, heating is performed through a low-temperature heat of less than 100 ° C through a heat transfer fluid, instead of heating the surface temperature to 250 to 400 ° C like a PTC heater of an electric vehicle.
Conventionally, as the pressure of the heat transfer fluid such as water filled in the inside increases due to the high-temperature heat generated, the thickness of the entire core is inevitably increased. However, in the present invention, since the pressure is not high due to heat generation below 100 ° C, Can be made thin as a whole. In addition, since it is possible to maintain the humidity in the air heated by the heat of less than 100 ° C, the heating is performed more efficiently than in the dry state of the air.
In addition, in the conventional heating apparatus, since the central heating element is not smoothly transferred to the surface of the heat transfer fluid and the core, the surface heat loss compensation is delayed and the central high heat energy is wasted and the energy efficiency for maintaining the high temperature is lowered. As the heat is released by the convection phenomenon on the surface heat loss of the surface, it is possible to increase the energy efficiency according to the implementation of the low temperature heater and the rapid heat diffusion to the consumed power.
The
This is a configuration in which the evaporator is a core in a manner that the low temperature refrigerant that has passed through the expansion valve is directly injected into the core to cool the refrigerant in the conventional air conditioner.
However, according to the present invention, the
In a conventional air conditioner, the surface temperature of the evaporator is in the range of -30 to -20 ° C., and the air being blown at the early stage can be cooled quickly, but the efficiency is rapidly deteriorated at any moment due to the generation of sexuality and condensation on the surface. Even if the surface temperature of the
In addition, in the conventional cooling apparatus, the refrigerant injected into the compressor circulates along with the refrigerant gas, thereby deteriorating the efficiency of the evaporator. In an environment such as an electric vehicle, the compressor is stopped when the vehicle is stopped, The room temperature had to go up rapidly when the air conditioner was temporarily stopped for measures or core freezing or temperature control. However, in the present invention, due to the cooling function of the heat transfer fluid, even if the compressor is temporarily turned off at an appropriate temperature, there is no rapid temperature rise, which is very efficient in terms of energy saving.
The heat transfer fluid may be water or other various materials. However, as mentioned above, when the surface temperature of the
In other words, such propylene glycol acts as a kind of antifreeze to regulate the temperature range of the phase, which is highly desirable as a heat transfer fluid due to its harmless nature to be used with edible materials. In addition, ethylene glycol, glycerin, It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the same effect can be obtained by using various materials used as the antifreeze material.
Such a heat transfer fluid may vary in capacity depending on the intended use and the standard of the core, but a relatively small amount can be used at a level of about 400 cc or less in a conventional vehicle cooling / heating application. In this case, It is possible to cool and heat.
In other words, theoretically, in order to raise 1 ° C of water by 1 ° C, a heat of 1 ° C is required. Therefore, to raise 500 ° C of water by 1 ° C, a heat of 0.5 ° C is required. As a result of using the heat transfer fluid at a level of about 400 cc or less in the present invention through this principle, sufficient cooling and heating can be achieved even with a low level of power for its heating and cooling.
Similarly, the shape and number of the
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to increase thermal efficiency, an
The
The warm or cool heat of the heat transfer fluid heated or cooled outside the

The present invention can be used for both cooling and heating through a
In addition, the
In addition, according to the present invention, the heat transfer fluid is cooled from the upper side in order to maximize thermal efficiency and low power operation, and heating is performed from the lower side during heating to promote convection of the heat transfer fluid, As shown in FIG.
In addition, as described above, since the temperature range of the upper surface of the heat transfer fluid is so wide that no condensation or vaporization occurs in the

That is, it is also important to efficiently supply the heat or cool air generated through the
