상기 입력받은 플러그인 및 실행 개시 조건에 기초하여 워크폼을 생성하는 워크폼 생성부;
상기 생성된 워크폼을 상기 화상형성장치에 전송하고 상기 생성된 워크폼을 전송한 화상형성장치로부터 상기 워크폼의 실행 정보를 수신하는 통신 인터페이스부; 및
상기 생성된 워크폼 내의 플러그인에 설정된 실행 개시 조건과 상기 수신된 실행 정보를 비교하여, 상기 실행 정보가 상기 실행 개시 조건에 부합하면 상기 플러그인에 대응되는 작업을 수행하는 제어부;를 포함하는 관리 서버. A management server connectable to an image forming apparatus,

상기 생성된 워크폼 내의 플러그인에 설정된 실행 개시 조건과 상기 수신된 실행 정보를 비교하여, 상기 실행 정보가 상기 실행 개시 조건에 부합하면 상기 플러그인에 대응되는 작업을 수행하는 단계;를 포함하는 기록 매체.
