Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an automatic switching dental treatment apparatus, and more particularly, to an automatic switching dental treatment apparatus in which driving of a treatment unit for dental treatment can be automatically controlled.
As the dietary life develops, the health of the oral cavity, especially the tooth, is emphasized as the importance of the human body as well as the organ. Moreover, the importance of the dental care is getting higher because of the increase of the intake of the instant food which easily absorbs the health of the tooth.
Experts recommend regular dental checkups for dental care. Periodic scaling is usually recommended for routine dental examinations, and dental care is used to treat dental cavities.
Scalers and dental treatment devices are mostly used on handpieces, and the operator controls the drive through the footswitch.
However, such a foot switch can cause a heavy burden on ankle or pail if it is used for a long time, and there is a risk of an accident due to a malfunction due to accidental stepping on the foot switch.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an automatic switching dental treatment apparatus which can be automatically operated without a foot switch and can be easily operated and controlled.
The automatic switching dental treatment apparatus according to the present invention includes a movable unit for dental treatment, a medical treatment unit including a handpiece to which the movable tool is coupled, a suction tip inserted into the oral cavity, and a suction pipe connected to the suction tip And a control unit for detecting a difference between a parameter between the movable tool and the suction tip or a change in a parameter of each of the movable tool and the suction tip and controlling the driving of the examination unit, Includes a switching unit for blocking or permitting the operation of the medical treatment unit in accordance with the parameter difference or the change of the parameter.
The parameter sensed by the controller may be a difference between any one of resistance, inductance, capacitance, and impedance formed between the movable tool and the suction tip.
Wherein the suction unit includes a shape retaining member extending along the suction pipe from the suction tip and capable of maintaining a deformed state of the suction pipe during bending deformation and having a conductive shape, The tip may be configured to sense a change or a difference in the parameters while in contact with the teeth or gums in the mouth.
It is preferable that the shape retaining member is any one selected from among copper, aluminum, a copper alloy, and an aluminum alloy.
The switching unit includes a main body formed at a lower end of the suction pipe, a rotating shaft rotatably installed in the main body, a connecting member connected to the rotating shaft and connected to or separated from the shape holding member according to rotation of the rotating shaft, And an operation lever which is installed on the outer side of the main body so as to be connected to the rotation shaft and rotates the rotation shaft so that the connection member is connected to or separated from the shape holding member.
The end of the shape retaining member is formed with a retaining groove that is drawn inward from the outer circumferential surface, and an end of the retaining member is formed with a retaining ring that engages with the retaining groove.
The switching unit may include a detachable member disposed below the suction pipe and detachably coupled to the suction pipe, and a detachable member formed on the detachable member and protruding downward from the suction pipe when the detachable member is coupled to the suction pipe The shape retaining member may include a terminal connection portion into which the end of the shape retaining member may be fitted, and the terminal connection portion may be formed in the shape retaining member so as to detect a difference or a change in a parameter between the suction tip and the movable tool, And may be formed to electrically connect the control unit.
Wherein the switching unit includes a main body formed at a lower end of the suction pipe and having a pinhole formed at one side thereof and a coupling terminal detachably coupled to the pinhole and connected to the control unit, The shape holding member and the coupling terminal may be electrically connected to each other.
The main body may further include a button switch for turning on / off the connection between the coupling terminal and the shape holding member while the coupling terminal is inserted into the pin hole.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The automatic switching dental treatment apparatus of the present invention can automatically control the operation of the medical treatment apparatus without the operation of the foot switch, thereby improving the efficiency of the medical treatment apparatus and improving the usability of the operator.
