Claims (9)
- 농경지 수로, 골프장 수로, 산업용 수로, 산마루 수로, 토목용 수로에 설치되는 수로용 식생매트로서,
수로의 바닥부분과 상기 바닥부분의 양측경사면에 위치하도록 상기 수로의 길이방향으로 길게 형성되는 유실방지층;
상기 수로의 양측경사면의 상단측에 위치하도록 상기 유실방지층의 양측에 결합되며, 식물의 씨앗이 부착되는 펄프층;
상기 유실방지층 상부에 식물성 섬유 또는 생분해성 섬유로 형성되는 코이어 매트층; 및
상기 코이어 매트층 상부에 상기 코이어 매트층과 동일 소재가 그물형태로 형성되는 코이어 네트층을 포함하고,
상기 유실방지층은
PE, PET, OPP 중 어느 하나의 고분자 소재 또는 이들의 복합재, 탄소 섬유, 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지로 형성된 플라스틱 기지재, UV 코팅이 된 필름, 상기 기지재에 UV 코팅이 된 필름형태로 형성된 것, 상기 기지재의 표면에 아라미드 섬유, 유리 섬유, 탄소 섬유 중 어느 하나가 결합된 것 중 어느 하나로 형성되고,
상기 생분해성 섬유는
지방족 폴리에스테르계 생분해성 섬유, 지방족/방향족 코폴리에스테르계 생분해성 섬유 또는 이들이 혼합된 생분해성 섬유이고,
상기 식물성 섬유는 볏짚, 마, 대나무 중 하나이며,
상기 펄프층은
상기 펄프층의 외주면을 감싸도록 형성되거나 격자모양으로 형성되어, 수분을 저장 및 공급하는 수분층을 포함하고,
상기 수분층은 플로랄폼으로 형성되고,
상기 수로용 식생매트는
하면 양 끝단에 형성되어 상기 수로용 식생매트를 지면에 고정시켜주는 고정부를 포함하며,
상기 고정부는
식물성 섬유를 꼬아서 만든 로프를 말아 형성되고, 하측으로 갈수록 직경이 작아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수로용 식생매트.
- 농경지 수로, 골프장 수로, 산업용 수로, 산마루 수로, 토목용 수로에 설치되는 수로용 식생매트로서,
식물의 씨앗이 부착되는 펄프층;
상기 펄프층의 상부에 상기 수로의 바닥부분과 상기 바닥부분의 양측경사면에 위치하도록 상기 수로의 길이방향으로 길게 형성되는 유실방지층;
상기 유실방지층 상부에 식물성 섬유 또는 생분해성 섬유로 형성되는 코이어 매트층; 및
상기 코이어 매트층 상부에 상기 코이어 매트층과 동일 소재이되 그물형태로 형성되는 코이어 네트층을 포함하고,
상기 유실방지층은
PE, PET, OPP 중 어느 하나의 고분자 소재 또는 이들의 복합재, 탄소 섬유, 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지로 형성된 플라스틱 기지재, UV 코팅이 된 필름, 상기 기지재에 UV 코팅이 된 필름형태로 형성된 것, 상기 기지재의 표면에 아라미드 섬유, 유리 섬유, 탄소 섬유 중 어느 하나가 결합된 것 중 어느 하나로 형성되고,
상기 생분해성 섬유는
지방족 폴리에스테르계 생분해성 섬유, 지방족/방향족 코폴리에스테르계 생분해성 섬유 또는 이들이 혼합된 생분해성 섬유이고,
상기 식물성 섬유는 볏짚, 마, 대나무 중 하나이며,
상기 펄프층은
상기 펄프층의 외주면을 감싸도록 형성되거나 격자모양으로 형성되어, 수분을 저장 및 공급하는 수분층을 포함하고,
상기 수분층은 플로랄폼으로 형성되고,
상기 수로용 식생매트는
하면 양 끝단에 형성되어 상기 수로용 식생매트를 지면에 고정시켜주는 고정부를 포함하며,
상기 고정부는

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 펄프층은
식물에서 추출한 섬유질 또는 부직포로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수로용 식생매트.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 펄프층은,
상기 펄프층 상측 또는 상하측에 도포되는 영양공급층을 포함하고,
상기 영양공급층은,
페놀산 추출액, 녹차추출액 및 무기질 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수로용 식생매트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 펄프층은,
상기 펄프층 상측 또는 하측에 형성되어 퇴비를 공급하는 퇴비층을 포함하고,
상기 퇴비층은,
음식물쓰레기, 인분 및 가축 분뇨를 중 하나를 포함하고,
생균제, 버가못, 솔잎 및 마늘 중 하나 이상이 혼합되어 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수로용 식생매트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 유실 방지층 및 펄프층은,
광물질로 형성되어 유해균류를 사멸하는 광물질층을 포함하고,
상기 광물질층은,
게르마늄, 벤토나이트, 죽탄, 황토, 맥반석, 옥, 세륨, 주사, 란탄, 제올라이트, 카올라이트, 탈크 및 정석반암 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 수로용 식생매트.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수로용 식생매트는,
외주면을 감사도록 형성되고 일단 또는 양단에 결합돌기 및 결합홈을 형성하는 결합층을 포함하는 수로용 식생매트.
