Abstract
Description
도 2a 내지 도 2d는, 양친매성 고분자에 의한 탄소나노튜브-박테리아 셀룰로오스의 혼성화 유도를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 3a 내지 도 3c는, 탄소나노튜브와 박테리아 셀룰로오스의 혼성화에 대한 분석 이미지이다.
도 4는, CNT-BC-Syn의 TGA분석에 의한 온도에 따른 중량 손실의 그래프이다.
도 5a 내지 도 5d는, CNT-BC-Syn의 3D 하이브리드 스캐폴드에서 CNTs의 균일한 분포 및 CNT-BC-Imm 스캐폴드 표면의 CNTs 축적을 나타내는 분석 도면이다.
도 6a 내지 도 6c는, 쥐의 두개골에 대한 3차원 in-situ 하이브리드 스캐폴드의 뼈 재생 효능을 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (15)
- 3차원 미세다공성(microporous) 박테리아 셀룰로오스(bacterial cellulose); 및
상기 3차원 미세다공성 박테리아 셀룰로오스에 결합되어 있는, 개질된 탄소 구조체
를 포함하는, 3차원 다공성 하이브리드 스캐폴드로서,
상기 개질된 탄소 구조체는 양친매성(amphiphilic) 고분자에 의하여 코팅된 것이고,
상기 개질된 탄소 구조체가 상기 3차원 미세다공성 박테리아 셀룰로오스 내에 균일하게 분산되어 있는 것을 포함하는,
3차원 다공성 하이브리드 스캐폴드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 박테리아 셀룰로오스는 미세다공성 나노섬유(nanofibril) 형태를 갖는 것인, 3차원 다공성 하이브리드 스캐폴드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 구조체는 탄소나노튜브, 그래핀, 그래핀 옥사이드, 환원된 그래핀 옥사이드, 그래핀 양자점(graphene quantum dot), 플러렌(fullerene) 및 이들의 조합들으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 탄소 구조체를 포함하는 것인, 3차원 다공성 하이브리드 스캐폴드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양친매성 고분자는 소수성 주사슬(backbone)과 친수성 곁사슬(side chains)을 포함하는 것인, 3차원 다공성 하이브리드 스캐폴드.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 양친매성 고분자는 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 하이드록실-폴리(옥시에틸렌) 메타크릴레이트, 및 폴리(에틸렌 글라이콜) 메틸 에터 메타크릴레이트를 포함하는 터폴리머(terpolymer)를 포함하는 것인, 3차원 다공성 하이브리드 스캐폴드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 개질된 탄소 구조체는 상기 양친매성 고분자에 의해 코팅되어 형성된 코어-쉘(core-shell) 구조를 갖는 것인, 3차원 다공성 하이브리드 스캐폴드.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 개질된 탄소 구조체는 상기 탄소 구조체의 소수성 표면과 상기 양친매성 고분자에 포함된 상기 소수성 주사슬 사이의 소수성-소수성 상호작용에 의하여 의하여 상기 탄소 구조체의 표면에 상기 양친매성 고분자가 코팅된 것이고,
상기 박테리아 셀룰로오스의 친수성 작용기와 상기 개질된 탄소 구조체에 코팅된 상기 양친매성 고분자에 포함된 친수성 곁사슬 사이의 친수성-친수성 상호인력에 의하여 상기 개질된 탄소 구조체가 상기 3차원 미세다공성 박테리아 셀룰로오스 내에 분산되어 있는 것인, 3차원 다공성 하이브리드 스캐폴드.
- 박테리아 셀룰로오스 배양용 세포를 예비 배양하는 단계;
탄소 구조체를 양친매성 고분자에 의하여 개질하여 개질된 탄소 구조체를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 개질된 탄소 구조체를 배양 배지에 첨가한 후 상기 예비 배양된 박테리아 셀룰로오스 배양용 세포를 첨가하여 배양함으로써 상기 개질된 탄소 구조체를 상기 박테리아 셀룰로오스와 in-situ 혼성화하는 단계
를 포함하는,
3차원 하이브리드 스캐폴드의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 박테리아 셀룰로오스 배양용 세포는 아세토박터(Acetobacter)속, 리조비움(Rhizobium)속, 및 아그로박테리움(Agrobacterium)속으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 균주 또는 글루콘아세토박터 자일리누스(G. xylinus)균주를 포함하는 것인, 3차원 하이브리드 스캐폴드의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소 구조체는 탄소나노튜브, 그래핀, 그래핀 옥사이드, 환원된 그래핀 옥사이드, 그래핀 양자점, 플러렌, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 탄소 구조체를 포함하는 것인, 3차원 하이브리드 스캐폴드의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
