Description
도 2는 2015년 4월에 삽목한 발근 사진 및 발근한 삽목묘 전경을 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 토종 다래의 삽목시(2015년 4월), 무처리, 루톤 처리 및 인돌초산(IAA) 1,000 mg L- 1 처리된 토종 다래 삽목묘의 발달을 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 토종 다래 삽수에 IAA 1,000 mgL-1 처리한 토종 다래 삽수의 삽목(2015년 4월) 1개월 후, 및 토종 다래 삽수에 IAA 2,000 mgL-1 처리한 토종 다래 삽수의 삽목(2015년 4월) 3개월 후의 토종 다래 삽목의 발근을 나타낸 것이다.
도 5a는 삽목시기별 및 배양토별 발근율을 나타낸 것이다.
도 5b는 삽목시기별 및 배양토별 생존율을 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 토종 다래(Actinidia arguta)에서 삽수를 채취하는 단계;
상기 채취한 삽수에 발근촉진제를 처리하는 단계로서, 상기 발근촉진제는 인돌초산(IAA)이고, 상기 인돌초산의 처리농도는 1000 mgL-1 인 단계; 및
상기 발근촉진제를 처리한 삽수를 배양토에 삽목하는 단계를 포함하는, 삽목을 이용한 토종 다래의 무성증식 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽수의 채취 시기는 1월~2월인 것을 특징으로 하는 삽목을 이용한 토종 다래의 무성증식 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽수의 삽목 시기는 4월인 것을 특징으로 하는 삽목을 이용한 토종 다래의 무성증식 방법.
