Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing harmful substances using plasma.
In general, efforts are being made to minimize pollutants emitted from various facilities by installing environmental pollution prevention facilities such as sewage and wastewater treatment facilities, air pollution prevention facilities, and noise prevention facilities.
Regarding the harmful substances, there is a problem that the standards of the odor measuring instrument and the legal regulations are not properly prepared although the current complaints are frequent. However, recently, the regulations on the odor inducing substances have been strengthened .
The odor is a sensory pollutant substance, which causes serious discomfort due to people's residential life and mental health. However, the existing 'odor prevention method' does not improve the effective odor. Therefore, Conflict and damage are repeated.
VOCs removal technologies are mainly used for the removal of odor, and commercial or under development control technologies include direct incineration, catalytic incineration, adsorption, condensation, biofilm, membrane separation, UV and photocatalytic reactions, and plasma reactions. But it has been limited in application as a tailor-made odor elimination technology capable of effectively responding to a substance.
Particularly, the plasma reaction technique is also effective for the refractory materials and the application method varies depending on the object, but there are problems in terms of practicality due to the poor performance of other technologies.
Plasma refers to the state of a gas having a charge and can be obtained through electrical discharge generated by applying a high voltage to two electrodes which are artificially separated from each other.
Korean Patent No. 10-0194975 (an exhaust gas purifying apparatus using a porous multi-corosion corona discharge device) is disclosed as a conventional technique for removing harmful substances using plasma.
The device has a needle and a hole in a high-voltage electrode plate, and a hole is provided in a ground electrode plate. Therefore, when a high voltage is applied to the high voltage electrode plate, a discharge occurs at the tip of the needle, and the generated plasma is collected at the edge of the hole of the ground electrode plate. In this process, harmful substances passing through the holes of the ground electrode plate pass through the plasma state, and harmful substances can be removed by chemical reaction.
In order to increase the removal efficiency of harmful substances, it is advantageous to increase the amount of plasma generated and to increase the number of needles. However, since the above-described conventional technique has a structure in which a hole and a needle are formed together in a high-voltage electrode plate, there is a limit in increasing the number of needles in a high-voltage electrode plate having a limited area, There is a problem that can not be removed.
An embodiment of the present invention is to provide a device for removing harmful substances using plasma that can increase the amount of plasma generated to increase the efficiency of removing harmful substances.

Further, the body portion has a hollow structure in which the inside thereof is hollow, and the gas holes are formed at one side and the other side with respect to the both electrode plates, and the gas flows into the body portion through the gas holes formed at one side And can be discharged to the outside of the body through the gas holes formed on the other side.
The needle portion may be disposed to face the center of the first through hole.

The acupuncture points may be disposed on one side and the other side of the two electrode plates, respectively, so that the acupuncture points are directed to the first through holes formed in two different ground electrode plates.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, since the number of the needles generating plasma in both electrode plates having the same area can be maximized, the efficiency of removing harmful substances can be doubled.
