Abstract
그러나 , 일반적인 정화장치는 삼원촉매 장치로서, 일산화탄소 ,탄화 수소 등을 제거하는 목적으로 설치되어 있고, 질소산화물이나 미세먼지 등을 제거하지 못하는 등의 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해서 안출된 것으로서, 질소산화물, 황산화물, 미세먼지 등의 차량의 배기가스와 대기 중의 유해가스에서 분해, 제거 분리하여 청정의 대기 중에서 생활 할 수 있도록 하였다.

Claims (3)
- 파이프 형태의 배기통 외면에 열전달 리브가 설치된 냉각관(11)내에 미세공이 설치 된 감속 컵(12)과, 열 교환 판(13), 가속 컵(14)이 내장 설치된 송풍기 몸체(15)가 볼트로 견고하게 고정 설치된 냉각부의 설치 수단과,
삼원 촉매장치 이후의 배기가스관의 중간부에 고압방전 체(55)가 설치되고, 냉각부와 다른 냉각부의 입구를 분배 관으로 연결하여 설치하고, 분배관의 중심부에 조정 판(66)이 설치되며, 관의 내면에 LED전구(65)가 설치되는 재 연소 및 분해 부 설치수단과,
모터(33)의 힘에 의하여 회전되는 임펠러(31)가 분배 관(16)을 사이에 두고 설치되고, 방출 관(17)에 분배된 원통 나사파이프 돌기 부 외면에 포집 백(98)을 끼워 설치하며, 필터 통(99)을 나사조립을 통하여 설치하는 포집부 설치수단과,
통 전체(23)가 단락된 전원단자(24)를 연결하는 신호로 경광등(77)이 켜지는 압력스위치가 설치되는 수단이 특징인 유해가스 저감 및 미세먼지 제거장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 배기가스 중간부에 고압방전 체(55)가 나선형으로 설치되고, 필터 통(99)에 설치된 초미세공이 0.3미크론 이하로 설치되는 수단과, 포집 백(98)의 틈새가 0.3미크론 이하로 설치되고, 재질이 종이, 면, 난연성 플라스틱 필름으로 설치된 것이 특징인 유해가스 저감 및 미세먼지 제거장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, LED전구(65)의 파장 주파수가 적외선, 빨, 주, 노, 초, 파, 남, 보, 자외선 등의 색이 발생되는 파장으로 분리하여 설치하고, 원통돌기 부(21)에 자력센서, 압력센서가 대치되어 설치된 것이 특징인 유해가스저감 및 미세먼지 제거장치.
